ARS did an excellent job reroofing my townhome! They arrived at 7:00 am on the dot, and had everything done and cleaned up by 1:00 pm! They even moved my porch furniture for me to ensure nothing was damaged, and they didn't leave a single piece of debris behind. Easy to communicate with and very professional!

Dillion came to inspect our roof, gave me a full report with pictures, and was very professional and responsive when it took me almost 3 months to get clearance to make the repairs. I've used ARS twice this year, with amazing results both times. The first time I used them was February (2020). I had some damaged fascia, and upon further inspection, some holes in my actual roof from critters. I reached out to ARS based on a positive review, and was contacted that same day by Kate Pinckney, who arranged an inspection/estimate that very afternoon. The estimate was reasonable, and the work was completed professionally, competently, and immediately.We definitely knew we were overdue for a complete roof replacement based on it's current age and condition, and based on my experience with Kate and ARS, my intention was to go through them when it was time. I contacted Kate a few weeks ago, got a very fair and timely estimate, and even had assistance with financing.ARS covered all the bases, completed the entire removal of old shingles, replaced plywood in certain places, and installation of new shingles in one day. This organization replaced the entire roof for a very busy medical building I work in. They must be commended on how efficient and professional their entire team was. Tom Rosso the team lead gave us constant communication on every step of the project and helped us maintain a functioning business during the replacement of the roof. I never thought it would have gone this smoothly, but it did and they were AMAZING!

Awesome experience with these guys. Thomas Russo, the owner came out and gave me a damage assessment on my roof. Mr Russo did a full inspection and was precise and accurate about the repairs that were necessary versus what would be cosmetic and discussed options of how to attack it. His crew came out the following day and were professional and corteous from the get go. They knew exactly what had to be done and got right to it.
