I have never in my life, met kinder more caring people. My family was experiencing a tragedy and of course the roof began to leak right as everything seemed to be going crazy. My husband is USMC retired and right when we were about to lose hope, these folks came through with “roofs for troops” and put a dry roof over our heads so that we could focus on our family. Of course, they did an amazing job, but beyond that, they CARED about us and treated us with Kindness when we had very little to give. it’s hard to find companies these days who truly make you feel like the world’s going to be OK but these folks did exactly that. They restored a whole lot more than our roof.

We had a great experience with this company from beginning to end. Their pricing was fair and their process is very streamlined. During the project, Thomas was extremely helpful, honest, attentive, and informative. He quickly addressed our concerns and made sure we were happy with the finished product. He was very kind and easy to work with and made sure my yard was free of any debris and nails every night at cleanup. This was very important to me since we have a young child and a dog. Thomas was top notch and I highly recommend him. Overall, everyone on the Monarch team from sales, office staff, billing, and project management were a pleasure. I definitely recommend them for your roofing needs.

Everyone was very professional they stayed in touch with me during the whole process from signing contract to the end when job completed, a thank you especially to Jordan Hill. He went over and above what I expected. My roof looks so good Jordan even did a second walk around to make sure that everything was cleaned up. Let me start by saying that I am an electrical engineer and by nature I am very particular in the way things are done.So when I have work done at my house that I can't do myself I am not the easiest person to satisfy. Having said that I couldn't have been happier with the job that Chase (Site Superintendent) and his work crew did in reroofing my house.On the first day they worked for 10 hours. During that time they prepared the site (covered landscaping and house with tarps and put down plywood under the tires on their waste trailer). They removed all the old shingles ,tar paper, drip edge, ridge vents, vent pipe & fan exhaust covers from the entire house. Then they applied the Ice and Water leak barrier to the valleys on the front of the house. Then they applied the waterproof underlayment material on the entire house (to weatherproof the house in the event of rain). They finished the day by shingling the entire front half of the house / valleys (applying tar sealant where needed) and cleaning up the job site. IMPRESSIVE!On the second day they worked for 5 hours. They installed vent and exhaust fan boot covers, installed drip edge & ridge vents & shingled the back of the house. They covered the porch's aluminum roofing with particle ( "SCREWED" it down) and shingled it. They found & replace one sheet of particle board that required replacing on the back of the house due to rotting. Now comes the good part. all throughout this project Chase and his install team treated my house as if it was their own. being respectful of landscaping, shrubs etc. At the end of the second day the entire team went around and policed the worksite picking up all debris, nails and project by products. When they left, it was like they were never there, except I had a new roof.I would be remiss if I did not mention the team behind the scenes. Cody Frost (General Manager), Joe DiMartino (Asst. Monarch just finished putting a new roof on our house and I wanted to commend them on how quickly the team worked. It took them two days to take the shingles off and put new shingles on and this is a 4200 square-foot house. Cody and everyone involved in this have been wonderful from the very beginning. Everything was taken care of by monarch and they were clear and concise with their communication and follow up was always done extremely well. . I would highly recommend that anyone who is considering having a new roof done contact monarch because it is truly a professional company.

Our experience with Monarch was exceptional. The sales representative reviewed several roofing options covering materials and related costs. The prices for the various options were competitive. The roofing team showed up when they said they would, they were punctual throughout the job exerted professionalism, skill and were conscientious, I.e., quality was pursued. Our job superintendent, Will Lane, oversaw the project, interacted with the team (which, incidentally, was top notch) and sought our input during the project. He did a thorough walk around with us to assure our satisfaction. Lastly, the team was superb and returned the property to its pre-project status. For us, Monarch hit a home run. ADDITIONAL COMMENT: Some companies are eager to sell you something but not service their product or service. Well, that doesn't apply to Monarch Roofing. we had a minor issue with a small piece of flashing. I called Monarch (Lauren), she called Nate and Nate had his crew on site immediately. The crew did a super job and modified the flashing. The whole thing was resolved in less than 24 hours. And, the crew chief said, "Please don't hesitate to call me if there are any additional issues." This attitude underscores how Monarch is a modern day roofing company with old fashioned values.

Cesar and his team were especially great to work with in replacing our roof and fireplace chimney. Monarch just replaced our roof and did an amazing job. Josh was great getting us started and getting our insurance claim processed quickly. Cesar and his crew did a fantastic job getting the roof on. Cesar even took the initiative to make sure some of the issues they ran into during the job were addressed and fixed along the way. He kept us informed every step.I wouldn't go anywhere else for roof work. These guys are the best!

We’ve recently had our roof replaced by Monarch Roofing and they did an outstanding job and exceeded my expectations. The entire communication process was great with all the field Superintendents and office staff did an outstanding job to make sure the roofing project was completed in a timely manner without any issues during the installation process.Mr. Will Lane supervised the entire roofing process and was constantly on the roof taking pictures and getting involved with different roofing tasks to make sure we were informed on the ground during the entire roofing process.My wife and I were blessed to have Mr. Lane on the job site and He is a great guy and the entire team are a pleasure to work with.I also want to recognize, Robert Washington III, Christian Dominguez, Erick Szurkey, Joe Dimartino in this review. I called Monarch roofing based upon their ratings. I got a prompt response. They sent someone out the next day. I had a few shingles blow off my roof. I was concerned. The gentleman who came out I identified the problem as split wood on ridge vent. They gave me an estimate to replace plywood and shingles which I thought was very reasonable. They got my work done in less than one week. Rain prohibited from doing it sooner. upon completion, they emailed me pictures of the work they had done. The pictures are authentic because I can see my neighbors house in the pictures. I did review the work by going into the attic and seeing where they put the plywood. I’d highly recommend these individuals. They seem to have a good system and high integrity.

We recently had a roof replaced at our home in The Farm in Carolina Forest Myrtle Beach, SC 29579. Not only did Monarch Roofing do an excellent job but their representative Spencer followed up every inch of the way. We were able to view the work being done through the internet. Monarch’s team along with Spencer walked me through the process and when they were finished walked me around the house. They did an excellent job cleaning up and made sure the air conditioners were covered during the whole process. They are an amazing company and I would totally recommend them for your roofing needs. Spencer is the best!

As a member of the board I saw and spoke to Larry every day and can say he was very pleasant and in tune with his crew. Monarch was professional from start to finish when dealing with our insurance company, scheduling, and installation.The only hiccup we had was on the day they were scheduled to arrive, they were late. Then I was told they were delayed. Then, finally, they said they wouldn't make it at all - all of this because they were tied up with the previous job. Had I taken a day off to be home for them, this could have been a big problem. Luckily, I am retired.Notwithstanding, they showed up the next morning and did an outstanding job installing our new roof AND cleaning up afterwards.The crew chief, Oscar, was fantastic and is a super representative of Monarch Roofing. Yesterday,Cody Frost sent a team of contractors to refit the framing on my back porch skylights. I was not happy with the appearance of the skylights after they completed my roof. Monarch did a great job on our new metal roof. It started with Cody Frost who met with me and discussed both asphalt and metal options. He was timely with the quotes for both options. I’d recommended requesting Cody when you speak with Monarch. I think his military service trained him to be very professional. Once Cody’s crew arrived, they worked extremely hard for the 10-days they were here. I’d like to also recognize a few of the workers. Both on the removal, finish and cleanup crew. They were Carla, Alex, Jose, Luis and Chema. What a dedicated group of individuals! In my opinion, we couldn’t have received a better final product.
