Literally one of the worst experiences I've ever have had.I could write a book of the atrocious work performed by Service Master of the Upstate.Was referred to Service Master by my Insurance Co. after broken pipes damaged some flooring.Was lied to repeatedly by Quinten. After he got my check of 9,500.00 deposit to purchase new wood flooring for my home.No new wood was installed, just refinished existing floors,and poorly I may addMy encounter with Service Master started the end of Dec. 2022.The floors that were damaged are still not finished. Nails and staples exposed and a hazard for my dog and myself. Had to move out.Wrong stainMoving my belongings was atrocious. missing some personal items.Broken windowBroken shower head( from cramming my mattresses in the bathroom.)house filthyBroken sink pipeCabinets put back the wrong wayBent sink (stainless steal)Dents in the refridgeNo water for 5 days after I was told kitchen was readyCould go on and on.I'll let the pictures tell the rest of the story.Service: Water damage-related pest control

Our technician, Derrick, was so polite and professional! He was extra careful with our furnishings and our landscaping. He really did a nice job on cleaning the carpet and also in making sure we were pleased and satisfied with his work before he left. He was quick and attentive!

I just can not say enough great things about this company! We had a catastrophic leak from our second floor bathroom while we were at work. I came home to an actual WATERFALL pouring from one of the recessed lights in our great room! The hardwood floors were already obviously ruined, as water was literally two inches deep! ServiceMaster 's guys made it to my house in less than 30 minutes! I was nearly hysterical, but their managers and crew were so professional and caring. They went to work straight away, and handled everything. Service Master's are a Awesome bunch of Professionals. My Mother in law had a broken pipe from her sink under the hosue in the crawl space. Everything from the sink was going under the house. A call to service master had them out there in less than an hour and cleanup and repairs were made the same day. Great Company great Customer Service.Service: Sewage cleanup

I want to love this place but I called the toll free number, left my info and heard nothing. Then I called the local number, told them that I left my info and I still not heard back from them. We have a big job, but nothing. Who else can I call?
