Extremely pleased with Andy and his customer service. He was very quick to respond to our needs for new gas logs and had them installed within a week of us contacting his company. His attention to detail is very impressive. He was very respectful of our home during the installation. He covered his shoes before he came in the house and put a blanket down over our hearth and hardwood floors to protect them. He removed our old gas logs, was extremely careful not to make a mess and carried them away for us. He spent as much time as we needed to educate us about our new gas logs, review safety tips and features and the multiple functions of the remote.We will eventually need to replace a second set of fire logs in our home and Andy will be the only one we contact and would recommend him to anyone.Thank you Andy!

Highly Recommended!! Our fireplace wasn’t working properly so we called A Touch of Fire. In less than a minute Andy had a diagnosis. We opted to replace the gas fireplace and couldn’t be happier with the entire process. They replaced our fireplace several days ahead of schedule. Andy at Touch of Fire is amazing. Long story short - called his place of business, so I left a message. Less than a half hour later, his assistant (Tamara) called me back and said he was about 30 minutes away from my house. In no time, he was here - fixed the problem (maintenance mostly), reasonable charge, and just an overall pleasure to do business with. We are so impressed and happy with the service we received fromA Touch of Fire and our tech, Andy. I called late one afternoon and he came out the same day to look at our gas log. He cleared the line and got it working right away. We needed a fan and we're told that it could take as long as a month to get, as they needed to order the parts. The parts came in the following Monday and he came out the same day and installed it. I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service we received from this company, we definitely will be referring them and using them again!

A Touch of Fire recently serviced our gas log fireplace insert. Andy was able to fix the problem quickly. He was running late his scheduled day but was still willing to come out at a late hour. We both decided for the next day but I really appreciated his willingness to still come out late on a Friday evening. Great customer service! I highly recommend A Touch of Fire.

I posted an appeal on Facebook for someone to come look at a fireplace with gas logs that was in a house I bought. The home inspection indicated things weren’t done right. Andy from Touch of Fire responded and was at our home that very afternoon. He got us up and running, but advised limited use until he could get back and take care of venting issues the inspection had noted. We scheduled a time, he arrived on time, took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and did what appears to us so far to be excellent work. No doubt the service was prompt and excellent and Andy was great to deal with.

Great people doing quality work! I am upgrading my home and part of that is new plumbing along with a new tankless water heater. We couldn't get the heater to work after numerous trys. Andrew was able to work me in the same day I called. He identified the issue and I had hot water within a few minutes! We were also able to make the appointment for a heater install soon. Had a stone fireplace (electric) added to my screen porch complete with hearth, mantle, and TV Mount. They listened to what I wanted and were happy to make adjustments on the fly to make us happy. Communicated well, showed up when they said, cleaned up when done. Awesome!

Called and spoke with Andy on Tuesday of Thanksgiving week. He told me that he would have a tech out to the house that day. When the tech looked at the unit he said it could be fixed but a new unit would be a wise choice. Being that the burner and logs where 20+ years old we purchased. I highly recommend A Touch of Fire.After ordering a fireplace from a distributor, we found that it did not work, the entire unit was bad. After fighting for 10 weeks to get the issue fixed, we finally placed a claim for a refund.When we reached out to Andrew, he was able to swing by on his way to another job, he showed us some options, placed our order, and within a week, he was back with a new unit, he installed it immediately, cleaned up after himself and the unit and installation is beautiful.I wish we had started with A Touch of Fire to begin with, we would have avoided all of the issues we had with the other manufacturer and would have had a working unit in 1/10th of the time!!Thank you so much Andrew!!!

Once the family was ready Andrew came out and attended to the issues and installed the New insert. They never called for payment or hassled about completion of project or anything. We had to have part of our chimney replaced on outside of the house after Andy, during his service of our gas logs, found that water had been leaking in. We are so thankful for for Andy's through inspection. We were given a date for repair, but they were able to finish the work a couple of weeks early. The repair guys were very professional and completed the work and clean up to our satisfaction. When Andy came back to inspect the work he did some additional caulking and service beyond what was expected.
