In the past when I’ve had garage issues, my first call was to Access Garage. When my garage door spring broke, I immediately called Access Garage and was not disappointed. It was a pleasant experience from the initial call. I appreciated the enthusiastic greeting and the proficiency from Lisa and the quick service appointment. When Matthew McCall came to service the garage door, he was early and answered all of my questions. His work was efficient and well-done. This is a great company to service garages, especially because of the people.

I was given a referral from my neighbor who had work done by Access on their garage door. She seemed happy with their work, so I contacted them.I was experiencing water leaking from outside, under the doors.Matthew came and diagnosed the problem, gave me and estimate for the work, and instructed me how to order the belts I needed under warranty, so they could be replaced. When the belts arrived he scheduled an appointment ASAP and came to service my two garage doors. Rollers, springs, belts.The doors function much better. I will have comfort knowing my doors will work great for years to come, and the price was reasonable. Matthew worked efficiently and got the job done right.Thank you! Georgia B.

We had a great experience with Access Garage Door in Seneca! We called for a repair - a technician, Matt, came out the next day. My husband and I ultimately decided to purchase a new door. The process was smooth and easy. Matt was very helpful. We also worked with Tyler by phone to order and set up the install for our new door, he was very knowledgeable. Matt installed our door quickly and easily! It spruced up our house nicely to get rid of the dingy, white door and replace it with a better looking option. We were pleased with the price as well!

We had the service out of Seneca. Very pleased at the 7-day availability and no up-charge for weekend work. Matt was our technician; he arrived on time, installed the door in about two hours, cleaned up everything and ensured everything was working perfectly and that we were satisfied when he left. No complaints at all. They did exactly what they said they would do, on time and at the price agreed on.

I called Access Garage Door on Saturday 8/25/18 because the cables and torque bar were malfunctioning. I made an appointment for Monday on 8/27/18 between 8:30 and 9am. Matt and Brent were right on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. They quoted me a price and made another recommendation to replace the rollers which I accepted.Both gentleman where extremely polite, efficient and very professional. They also explained what to look for in the future as this door opener is over 10 years old and explained what might show wear before a problem occurs.I would certainly recommend this company in Seneca for their knowledge, competence and courtesy. Matt and Brent checked everything over before leaving. I was quite pleased with their work and feel relieved that within an hour the garage door was working properly.Give them a call if your garage door has a problem.

Horrible follow up. Access Garage Doors made commitments and promises that never happened. There are other garage door suppliers in the area and I suggest you call them to compare quality and pricing. I found a higher quality door, installed when promised and saved more than 25%. Plus they installed a keypad access at no additional charge.
