At first I had my roof and ceilings repaired. I was very impressed with the timelines of completing the job. I then called Lex back as I wanted new improved hardwood floors installed. Even though we kept missing each other via communication we finally connected and the job was done in less than the estimated time. The installers were very respectful and timely as well. Lex and his crew did a great job repairing our roof caused by tornado damage. What really set them apart for me was the dedication to make sure all my questions were answered and taking the time to make the extra phone calls needed so the replacement tiles matched what we had perfectly. In fact, Lex was able to get the EXACT color by talking to the vendor so that it matched seamlessly since the insurance company was not repairing the entire roof. Out of 8 roofing companies near me...he was the only one that called me back within 24 hours....during which time I was completely stressing out having just bought our home 3 months ago and waking up to a leak in our ceiling at 4am... He came out on a Sunday.... less than 48hrs from my call! After clearly explaining to me what he found and how we'll need to handle it I am feeling much better and will most definitely be sleeping better tonight as well! I was able to use a catch pan in the attic space to contain a small leak while I looked for a company to repair the problem. 6 months and 4 no-shows I contacted AR. They came to my house the same day and made the repairs (improper nailing) While on the roof Zack found a number of other potential areas he repaired that where originally installed incorrectly. I have high confidence they fix my leak and have prevented future issues and if something does happen, they will stand behind the work they performed. Excellent team!Service: Roof repair

Good customer service. Followed up on next rain date to see if repairs corrected my problem which it did.I have a metal roof and the vent stack seal was leaking. These people came right out and fixed the problem when no else would even come out to evaluate the issue. When they heard metal roof they basically said no and good luck.
