The folks at Pittman rescued me over the weekend before the 4th of July when our house was hit by lightning and we lost AC on two units. They had two different technicians out on a Sunday to diagnose and get me a temporary fix that gave us AC back. Then they promptly came back after the holiday to install the permanent fix. All of their staff were super nice and great with communication and the price paid was fair. Well done Pittman!

I have used Pittman Heating and AC for several years and have been pleased with their service and in most cases I can get it serviced on the day I call. My biggest complaint is that they stopped keeping track of when my units need to be inspected, until this year I had been able to pay for next years services d when it is due they would contact me and set up an appointment for the service. However this year (2023) they discontinued that service and now it is up to me to remember when next years inspection is due.

I am here to tell you these Folks Installed a new 4 ton system a year ago for us here in Seneca and the installation is superior to what I would have done for myself! Fast, on time to the highest standards for the quoted price. The Trane system is AWESOME, quiet and unbelievably efficient. Cannot recommend more highly!

We had a small leak in our drain pan, which Pittman came out and replaced for $660(overpriced). A week after that water started leaking through our ceiling from that same HVAC unit. Pittman came out and said it wasn’t their fault, even though that’s what the new drain pan they replaced was for. We would NEVER ever use Pittman again for anything….not only are they way overpriced in our honest opinion they can not be trusted!! We will be filing a claim w the better business bureau so this hopefully doesn’t happen to anyone else in need of an HVAC repair.Service: HVAC system maintenance

I called at 8:30pm when my a/c had stopped cooling. I received a call from the technician, David, that was on call within 10 minutes who voluntarily reviewed the after hours pricing with me before coming out. After I agreed to their after hours prices I(which is extremely reasonable) the technician arrived when he said he would and was able to resolve the issue. He made sure to walk us through what he was testing, showed us what failed and gave us pricing for the part before installing. This was a fantastic experience. I work in the home warranty industry so I interact with technicians on a daily basis so I can honestly say that the service provided and professionalism was top notch. My technician was great. His name is Lee. He came in very cheerful. He talked me through everything he was doing, showed me what happened, the repairs he was making and the final results. My moms ac went out and she just got out of the hospital from surgery and I was in a panic. My fiancée called and they said they would be here in less than an hour! Billy who was our technician gave him updates on how far away he was so we could expect him. He was right less than a hour! He was so kind and professional. Had a great install with Pittman this spring. Our power bill since install has decreased 60%. Another company that installs Trane in the upstate didn’t bid the job because it wasn’t an easy one. The team at Pittman did an incredible job and kept me informed throughout the entire process. We decided to call Pittman for the first time because of the vast number of five star reviews posted. The staff was gracious and professional every step of the way. We called in the morning and we had cool air within just a few hours. David diagnosed our situation almost immediately and showed my husband exactly what the trouble was and discussed the solution in layman’s terms we could clearly understand. We told them the make of our unit at the time we requested service and he had the part needed on the truck even before knowing our problem. Excellent service! My air conditioning stopped working, made the phone call to Pittman at 3:20 by 4:25 the services technician was pulling out of the driveway. Turned out it was just a fuse, so I was charged for a very reasonable service call plus the replacement fuse. Very honest and prompt company. I was new to the area and did not know who was a reputable company. Pittman will be my go to company from this point forward!
