Bob of Residential Services had completed an amazing project which included a stone bridge in our neighborhood. It looks magical. My husband and I reached out to him to expand our cart turnaround area by the lake and to build a safety wall to keep us from ending up in the lake. We submitted our ideas to Bob. By the end of our project, Bob’s ideas turned out to be so much nicer than our own and also more cost effective. It looks beautiful and exceeds our expectations. Bob was great at contacting us and keeping us informed throughout the process. His team of artisans worked very long hours and stayed on the job. Thank you.

With the rising fuel prices, finding fair prices on mulch AND getting it delivered to our home in Walhalla was a challenge! After calling every mulch place I could find, it was a breath of fresh air to find Residential Services. They not only had quality mulch at a fair price, their delivery fee was reasonable as well! The driver showed up on time, was kind enough to drop our mulch in two locations on our property as well! I will definitely do business with Residential Services again!

Do NOT do business with this company. The owner has no morals or respect for anyone. He sent a threatening letter in the mail to say he was going to put a lean on my property for materials that was left unpaid by a contractor. Which LEGALLY he cannot do. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY WORK DONE AT MY HOUSE. IT WAS MY NEIGHBOR!! I ASKED HIM HOW HE GOT MY NAME AND ADDRESS HE TOLD ME HE GOT IT BY LOOKING IN MY MAIL BOX AND READING MY MAIL!!! THIS IS A FEDERAL OFFENSE!!!!! He never apologized for anything that he did! PURE BAD BUSINESS ETHICS. Later talked to the contractor that had done the work at MY NEIGHBORS and he said he had done business with this company for many years they had his card on file and could have ran it at any time.

I have been working with Bob and company for five years. He is one of the most honest hard working men that I know. He does everything first class. If it is not right he fixes it often at his own expense. He is worth every penny and does all first class.

The weather forecast called for rain all week long last week, and we needed rock hauled in and spread asap behind our building before the heavy rain. I called and was scheduled a rock delivery that afternoon, and they came out that same day to correct our parking area issues. This was greatly appreciated!!!!!

Stopped in close to closing time to purchase 4yrds of mulch. Staff was very nice. They were happy to to deliver the mulch the same day. It was delivered 20mins later. Definitely will be getting my business again.
