During a severe rain and wind storm (70 to 80 mile an hour winds) we lost shingles on the north side of our house. Being new to the area we had no reference on who to call or how to proceed. My first thought was to get on the web and look for a roofing company to call. This was later in the day after most other companies had closed for the day. Then I came across Refined Roofing and they were still open. So I called and got Mark Jump on the phone immediately. No leaving a message and waiting for a call back. Mark was very helpful right from the start. He not only got to our house and tarped it in a timely manner. And that work stood up to additional rain and storms until our insurance company got their adjuster here. Refined Roofing went the extra mile, worked with the insurance company to get the entire roof replaced. I could not be happier with their workmanship, professionalism and support throughout this whole process. After sustaining hail damage to our roof, a friend recommended we contact Jon Adams with Refined Roofing Company. We did and were very pleased with the service and product we received! Jon arrived the next day, accessed the damage, walked us through the claim process with our insurance company, brought shingle samples to our house to consider and within a couple weeks - we had a new roof! We were told the roofers would arrive at 6:30 and they pulled up at 6:25. They were professional and left zero mess to clean up. We love the new shingles and our roof looks great. I can't recommend Refined Roofing Company enough! They were quick to come out to my house to inspect the work that needed to be done. We had major damage during the last storm, hail damage and a tree fell on our house. I called Refined Roofing and within a few hours Mark Jump, owner, had a plan in place for removal of the tree from the house and tarp on the roof before next day rain. Within a matter of days structural repair and new roof with gutters was done. This company not only does quality work they are Christian based and will do what it takes to make sure you are taken care of with very little stress on the homeowner.
