Justin was our technician. He was awesome! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained what maintenance needed to be done now and what maintenace will be needed in the future with the cost. He did not pressure us. I am very aware of the importance to having your heat pump serviced on a regular basis so you can get the most out of your heat pump before you have to replace it.

Justin was a great technician. Arrived on time went above and beyond to check things out in the attic also. He said the unit may need a little Freon but he said on his next visit he would get a more accurate reading when the outside temp warms up. He took the time to explain to me about this unit AYS put in about 3 years ago.Overall he gets 5 star!

Terrible company I requested cleaning and vacuuming to remove the smell from my heatpump coils smoke smell in my house the tech I asked if he was going to do the work or give a cost estimate he informed me they don't have a truck to do that! I had to pay for the service call so I let him service my unit! He came in to tell me he disabled my unit without talking to me the homeowner and I had to sign a waived to have it enabled! It now did not work and it was 12. Degree outside and below40 in my house!! I had to get another HVAC company to repair $250 my unit!! Never again will At your service touch anything after my wife and I both disabled almost froze to dearh in our home due to their actions!!

The repair tech with AYS was very nice. However, did not resolve the heating problem. Was told I would more than likely need a new HVAC system. Call another repair company and they said it was a faulty sensor and replaced it for less than $100. Go figure! No video or photo

After the came out for a routine service, my unit stopped working within a day. Then comes the hard sell for an expensive new unit. After reaching out to other customers, I found out that this is a common practice for them. I called a different company, and without telling them anything, the new company fixed my unit for a $160 service call. I've had no problems since then. Don't let AT YOUR SERVICE do this to you!
