Service was spectacular. Tec,s were friendly and respectful to me and my home. Which, I really appreciated. My electrical issues where resolved quickly. All my questions where answered. Honestly, this was a pleasant experience. This is the way service should be. You feel good about the work being done in your home,and that it was done properly. That goes a long way. They also cleaned up after themselves, which is a plus. So all in all, I actually enjoy this service call. Thank you, Daniel and your trainee. Job well done!

Davis worked quickly and reasonably to get my electricity back on after a storm. They worked fast to get permits, finished the job in one day and scheduled the inspection for me. Taylor and Justin were amazing to work with and I would definitely choose them again in the future. Thank you all!

I was very pleased with the service done with our water heater by Zac. He was very professional and informative.Unfortunately, they need to work on tidying up after the job. They left all the piles and trash under the house. They could have asked if we wanted them pulled out to be trashed if they don’t haul away the old pipes. We noticed the mess after we left a 5 star review. I updated my review to a 3 star for messiness and lack of communication of cleanup.

Davis has always met or exceeded my expectations for plumbing and HVAC services for over 10 years. Our heat went down and we were given all the possibilities to get it restored. Since our package unit was 20 years old, we decided to replace. This is usually an unexpected expense but guaranteed to occur. This is our second replaced unit which failed 20 years ago and you can imagine what the cost has done in that time. It was not a Davis installation and I believe it was half the cost of the new one. Since I’ve experienced this twice in this house, I have experience with two replacements. I feel more confident in what we have had installed by Davis Services. Two reasons are the quality of the installation and attention to detail. The work the 2 young men completed was the same as what I’d expect for a much costlier home. Our home has been remodeled but it was originally built before anyone had central heat or air. We’re finally feeling the Davis difference!

Jake did a wonderful job on the installation of my new water heater. DAVIS plumbing was able to send someone out within 24 hours which is way more than I can say for the horrible experience I had with the previous company the insurance company sent out (modern plumbing and back flow)... So thankful that they sent Davis plumbing instead. Very professional and actually nice.

Called them today as a new client and they were able to send a technician out to fix our central air upstairs, the same day. Technician Daniel Trantham saw what he thought most likely was the issue on the outside unit and had the part to fix it in his van. He was right! Very knowledgeable-Took his time in explaining everything to us. Clean, polite, and efficient from the time he walked in to the time he was finished!

The technician who did the service, Russell, seemed very knowledgeable, and helped us to figure out why our electric bills were so high. He proposed a couple of things that could help even more and didn’t pressure us to buy anything. We ended up installing something that helped the compressor to work better, and got a service agreement that seemed very reasonable.

I literally received a text message that the technician was coming to my house the moment that they pulled up. This was something contracted through Duke Energy and I was not notified ahead of time of a date or time or what company would be coming. Davis Services did not notify me a day ahead of scheduled appointment. I would have appreciated advanced notice of someone showing up at my home.

Jacob was prompt and very thorough. Weekdays are hard for us to have maintenance done on our unit and Jacob came on Saturday and there was no extra charge. Taylor was very nice and polite in scheduling our appointment. We have used Davis Services for many years and will continue to do so.

Our water heater was no longer providing us with adequate hot water. So, that's what prompted us for service. The tech sent from Davis Services was outstanding. There was so much he had to do to fix our water heater because of how poorly it was originally installed. He was polite, professional and got the job done despite everything working against him. Our water is now hot again and all is well in our household. We are very pleased and impressed with the level of service we received. Thank you Davis Services. Highly recommend.Update 2-14-24 We had Davis out yet again for another plumbing/water issue. They were here in less than an hour and had everything fixed promptly. The wife and I noticed our heat wasn’t working around 8:30pm which had us concerned as we have a 4 month old. I called Davis and explained the issues we were having. The girl I talked to on the phone was very understanding and super helpful. She also was able to get a technician to see us that night in just 30 minutes. We had Rob show up who was very polite and got to work quickly when he arrived. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. He did have some other recommendations for the wife and I but was not pushy at all about them, which the wife and I’m were really appreciative of. We loved the overall service so much we decided to sign up for the advantage program with Davis. Can’t say enough good things about our experience

My water heater was out. These gentlemen came out today and were very professional, knowledgeable and kind. They did a great job in a short time.
