I get 1 off day a week. Looking on amazon for months luckily I’m not worried about money. For $480 and my taste I got the best cover in my opinion, as soon as they found out they had one at a different location they sent one guy out to get it and as soon as he got back started installing it, my daughter has slept through the entire visit and installation, they are quick, reliable, dependable, what else can I say come spend your well earned money here!!!!!

Made appointment with Daniel, he had to reschedule. Arrived early for bedslide install following day. Sean and spray tech unloaded unit I provided and unloaded my truck also. Between handling customers and installing my unit they had me done in under two hours. Very professional dealing with me, showed real concern and courtesy throughout process. Price as quoted, I would recommend this location definitely!

Fantastic operation and customer service. Showed up 30 minutes early for a bed cover installation appointment and they stopped what they were doing to accommodate. Also assisted with warranty activation and made the process seamless. 5 stars all the way around.

These guys are awesome. Bought a utility trailer from them and the process was painless. Whole process took less than 30 min from first contact to pulling out of lot. Will definitely be headed back. Oh and trailer includes 5 years of service. In an age where customer service is lacking these guys shine and show they are the best. If you are looking for a trailer these guys are the go to. Their financing options are bar none the best. My payment is lower than rent to own and about $3k cheaper.

Mike & Eric changed my mind about buying a utility trailer from Leonard!Mike took the time to show me what I said I was looking for...and more importantly, asked me what I planned to do with it. He probably could have sold me what I thought I wanted, but guided me toward what I really needed. When I got the shorter trailer home, I sure was glad! The shorter trailer fits perfectly where I thought I was going to store the longer trailer...and the longer one wouldn’t have fit!! I consider Mike more of a great Advisor than a Salesman! Thank you, Mike!When it came time to actually hook the trailer up to my vehicle, I ran into a bit of a snag. Eric pulled through and helped me out in a jam instead of taking advantage of the situation I was in. I won’t get into specifics because it was a rather embarrassing situation for me, but Eric’s service to others is an example of what we need more of in this world. Kudos, Eric!So, yeah. At the top, I said Mike & Eric changed my mind about Leonard. I viewed Leonard as a higher-priced chain that couldn’t compete with the value that big-box stores and e-business provide. After my experience yesterday with Mike & Eric, I’m convinced that Leonard’s service and quality warrant the higher price point...but I STILL got more than what I paid for!

We bought a enclosed trailer from them. He told my husband it would be quick and he delivered. In less than 30 minutes we were pulling out of the lot with our new trailer. They also installed a brush guard on our truck that another shop said wouldn't fit without any modifications to it or our truck. Would definitely recommend them to others.

This is the place to go if you need a trailer. Mike was attentive and answered all of our questions as well as asked us questions to help us figure out the best size and features for our needs. We were not really considering a new one previously due to budget, but the 90-day same as cash financing application and approval was super fast and easy... With that and the reasonable prices, we now have a brand new, well-built trailer instead that we will be able to use for many years.

Awesome service!! Call in for a red enclosed trailer, the buying experiences was quick and reliable, considering being out of state. The owner even went the extra mile and arranged for the trailer delivery at half way point and also checked in with in state leonard store to ensure we receive best service experience if problems arise. I highly recommend their store over other locations.

Their products are made a great quality and a good workmanship. Customer service is what stands out to me. Mike goes out of his way to make things happen and give you the easiest buying experience ever.In the past year I have bought a 8.5x24 ft enclosed trailer, 7x14 dump trailer, bw hitch, camlocker tool box and a 10x16 wood building. I have had no problems out of any of the following as i use them everyday for landscaping and to carry my mowers etc.I would buy nothing but a Leonard product, don’t waste your time especially your money on cheaper trailer brands like lark. I learned the hard way.Go ask for mike. He will definitely take care of you.

First satisfied customer ... my sister who had Leonard's install a hitch system to pull her jeep behind her motor home. So when my daughter purchased a camper and needed a hitch installed we decided to go here in Spartanburg even though there were alot of places closer to home. Second satisfied customer ✔...Not only were Leonard's prices well below any that we checked, their workmanship and customer service was exceptional. We dealt with Mike who assured us he would have the car ready on Friday so she could pick up her camper on Saturday morning. And he didn't fail. He ran into some unforeseen issues hooking up the braking system which required an actual drive to the Honda dealership in Greenville 30 plus minutes away to purchase a part that should have been on the car anyway. He did not have to do any of that. He could have said he was going to have to order the part or he could have said it should have been on the car and we would need to get the part. But he promised he'd have it done Friday and he did. It took him longer, actually all day but he didn't jack the price or anything. We paid for the additional part. Three words come to mind... Honest, Dependable and Trustworthy.Hard to find in businesses these days but I feel confident Mike and Leonard's here in Spartanburg are an exemplary example of the 3.

I ordered a hitch installation almost a week ago and was told the parts would be ordered and that it only took a couple days for them to arrive. I was charged half the installation last week (Wednesday) and now on Tuesday, I still have not received a call that the parts were in. I’m ready to take my business elsewhere.
