They're very efficient and keep things clean. You can't go wrong with your roofing needs using Southern National Roofing.

These guys did a great job on my new roof in Powdersville, SC. They showed up around 7 am and got to work and finished up around 5:30 for a 31 square job. They cleaned up really well after the job was done, and the finished product looks really good with the GAF Timberline HDZ shingles. Getting to the quote was a bit more information than I needed, and came off a bit car salesmen, but I think it is the protocol for these guys. Trey was a nice enough guy, did his job and is a Clemson fan. Go Tigers.

Our neighborhood is occasionally victim to door-to-door salesmen. Southern National found us last week. Unfortunately, we don't yet have a No Soliciting sign, although other reviews I've seen make it sound like that wouldn't stop them anyway.The man was very polite, but he asked me to come outside to see what he'd seen (my first mistake was not just dismissing him). He showed and told me about all the issues our roof has, how there are clearly active leaks, how we have lots of sagging. He said our roof was at the end of its lifespan (supposedly 12-15 years). He had a flyer that he'd marked several issues on. He was very surprised when I told him that we had zero signs of leaking.I did not turn him away like I should have and agreed to an appointment for an estimate. I called later and cancelled. However, we have a partner of a roofing company in our neighborhood (who was also told incorrectly that his roof was on its last legs). He did a quick inspection today and told me our roof is fine. Has another 3-4 years, no issues at all.I'm not sure what Southern National is teaching or training their salespeople on, but every negative review I've seen says the same thing. These people don't seem to be reputable or honest. Don't waste your time on them.

We were struggling to find someone who wanted to tackle our roofing job.Wow! From sales to finish, these guys were top notch!Answered all our questions. Made sure everything was right before the completion ended. No surprise costs! Worked fast but efficiently! Not cheap, but a class act and great value!

Couldn’t be more happy with Southern National! Grey sat with my husband and me for hours answering any questions we had, he also made sure both of us felt included with getting exactly what we wanted. It was an easy three day process, two days for solar panel removal and install, and one day for roof replacement. We weren’t required to be there, and their team did a thorough, efficient job. They also make sure to go over the yard and surrounding areas twice for debris and nails.

Brett has great customer service, he came out two days later to make sure we were satisfied with our roof, the workers were on time and made sure everything was spotless when they left. We will definitely be referring Brett and his company to family and friends, it was a pleasure doing business with Brett

This company will educate you if that's possible. They were great and did everything that was promised and I forgot to say "time is of the essence on my check but that wasn't a issue!" If you need roof work I'd say don't just call a roofer call Brett or any of their great staff. You'll get what you paid for.

Came in person 1st time and I met them before they knocked. They continued to survey my roof after I asked them to leave. Then proceeded to go in other neighbors property and surveyed their roofs unsolicited. They came BACK to my house and left notice on my no solicitation door as to what needed to be done. The funny was the signs of leak note. Did the get on my roof? Trespassing at its finest. No means NO.

We experienced their incredibly pushy door to door sales tactics. The salesman, Jeremy B., knocked on our door and my wife answered. He started giving his spiel about all of these things that he noticed about our roof and requested my wife and two kids step out of the house.My wife politely told him that she would not be doing that, but thanked him for coming by. He then stated, “Well I came specifically to your house because I noticed the issues.” He said this with a straight face. He’s a door to door salesman that went to any and all homes in the neighborhood that looked like people were home.After my wife told him no (no less than 5 times) and asked him to leave, she just shut the door while he was still trying to convince her to come outside. His total disregard for her time or her answer of “no” was disconcerting and infuriating. Zero stars if that were an option.

Southern National Roofing transformed our leaky, ugly duckling roof into the most beautiful swan on the block! We had been dealing with multiple aesthetic, as well as functionality issues with our roof, stemming from a long history of poor business practices from “others”; but that all changed once Cornelius knocked on our door and introduced us to SNR. Brett Burrell, our project manager, was knowledgeable, thorough, organized, patient and prompt. He didn’t throw information at us; we had a CONVERSATION. He asked us questions about our situation and goals for our home. He explained every aspect of the roof replacement process, presented us with multiple options and answered any questions we had in detail. He thoughtfully balanced our goals and needs with our budget by reaching out to another star player on the team, Justin Hock, “the finance guy”. In this ridiculously inflated economy, my husband and I could not afford a new roof outright. Justin and Brett did everything they could to make our monthly payment, what we needed it to be. They went the extra mile to get us the quality job we wanted, when we wanted it at a price (and interest rate) that we could manage. The actual roof is BEAUTIFUL and was finished in a day! We had a special circumstance that could have delayed the project a bit, but the installation crew showed up early, protected our property and started working immediately. Once finished, they cleaned everything up (including A LOT of leaves they removed from under our hedges- thank you!) and hauled it all away, all before the sun started to set! I know some of you may be thinking, that’s what they’re SUPPOSED to do, but if you’ve got experience hiring a contractor you know it’s definitely NOT always a smooth process. My experience with Southern National absolutely was! The only evidence that the crew was even there was ONE nail (out of thousands) that bounced under a gutter spout, leaf-free hedges and a brand new, BEAUTIFUL roof that isn’t leaking!

I have 2 "No Soliciting" signs on my walkway and another above my camera doorbell that reads, "No Soliciting. Do Not Knock or Ring Bell." Two of their neighborhood canvassers showed up at my house and one banged on the door and left the flyer that says I have "active leaks" in my roof. "No Soliciting" means just that. When I do get ready for a new roof, I will never use this company if that is an example of their customer-oriented listening skills.

Did not show up to inspection appointment after talking with the door-to-door representative day before and confirming the appointment two hours before on the day of, with no calls to reschedule or follow up.If the company can't sell you a whole roof, they'll most likely string you along and ditch you if you just need repairs. Look somewhere else.

These guys did such a good job . I was very impressed. As for Brett he was awesome he told us step by step what would be going on he was very informative he told us everything we needed to know. I would definitely recommend SNF to anyone who needs a roof. Keep up the great work guys
