One of the biggest challenges as a new real estate investor is finding a trustworthy, reliable, and professional contractor. You want to feel completely comfortable with the person you’re entrusting with your property and, especially, your hard earned money.Christian and C&C Construction checked all of those boxes and then some. He could not have been a better partner on our most recent renovation. From day one he not only understood our vision for the property but improved upon them.It’s almost impossible to estimate with 100% accuracy the total cost of any major renovation but Christian’s estimates were almost spot on. If there were any changes he was quick to communicate them and more importantly he offered suggestions on how to lessen the impact.In just two weeks Christian and his team were able to resolve a major foundation issue, build a new deck, open up an entire wall, install two sliding glass doors, scrape and smooth out the pop corn ceiling throughout the house, repaint the entire interior including the trim, removed old floors and replaced with new LVP with quarter round, replaced and painted all new doors, installed new fans, bathroom vanity, toilet, and bathtub faucet.Speaking about somebody you can trust. Christian and team did all of this work without me even being in the country. I only saw the results on the last day and I could not be happier or more grateful.C&C Construction will be the first people I call every time I need any work done on my properties. They truly are top class.

We had 2 bathrooms that needed to be repaired from a leak that spread and they did a fantastic job and were very quick. We will have other things in our house done and I can't wait to use c&c again!

I had Christian and his help do multiple projects in my new home. From painting to tile work to bathroom remodeling to installing a water heater from under the house to the garage, they did a great job. I’m sure when we move to our new house in April, 2020, I’ll have more work for them to do.
