This is really a top notch roofing company! Very professional!They were in my area working on another roof and noticed I had some wind damage to my roof and decided to stop by. He just let me know about the damage he saw and explained to me how my home insurance would most likely pay for a new roof on my house!I thought that was a great idea and went forward with it!After that, they pretty much handled everything else! All I had to do was set up an inspection time for the insurance company to come out to look at the roof. I can’t say enough about the exceptional service provided by General Manger, Rob Schulze! We had another roofer try and work with our insurance company and they could not get our claim approved. Rob approached us at our door one day and said, with his experience and knowledge, he believed he could help us get it done! Well, he did just that! It took him several months but he did not give up! I am not one to typically write reviews, however due to the amazing customer service that was provided, I felt the need to do so.When I first realized that my roof was in need of replacement, I was immediately overwhelmed with stress and anxiety. This was going to be the first big project I would be doing since owning my home and did not know where to start.That’s where Rob came in. I contacted Robert Schulze about replacing the roof on my mother’s house. I live several hours away and was concerned about how I could help her with this process. Robert visited her, assessed the roof, and prepared a proposal with some options for her to choose from. He also contacted her insurance agent to determine eligibility and was able to get the majority of the cost of the roof covered by the homeowner’s policy.
