As of this summer, we'd been in our home for about three years. The house is now 22 years old. It still looks great, but I had a long list of repairs that needed to be done. I wanted something more than a handyman special and something less than a full remodel. I met with BJ and we came up with a list including roof repairs, exterior leak fixes, exterior siding and trim repairs, deck repairs, drywall repairs, and painting. The crew did an excellent job on all of these. They were very intentional in how they staged the project and worked hard to minimize disruptions in our home. We purposely used this project to check out the capabilities of the Owner's Choice team. I'll call them again when I am ready to do some larger remodeling projects (kitchens, bathrooms, etc.).

Ben did a wonderful job on our small bathroom. I love the way the sink and cabinet look. Ben customized the interior so the shelves fit around the plumbing and there is plenty of storage. I would definitely recommend Owners Choice Construction for any home renovation project.

A+ experience from beginning to end! We used Owner’s Choice to convert our garage into a Master Bedroom suite and our back porch into an enclosed Sun Room / Dining Room with a beautiful vaulted ceiling and lots of windows. Super friendly construction workers. Very honest and communicative design team. Price wasn’t cheap but was fair and worth it for top quality. Would highly recommend to anyone renovating their home.

I have used Owner's Choice twice (they were recommended to me by a realtor friend). Both times have been great experiences. They are extremely professional with the communication and home visit preceding the repair. The scheduling has been easy. I contracted Owners Choice to replace all the soffit and fascia and windows on my 80 year old house. I received a text each morning letting me know the crew was on the way. They showed up on time, well equipped and jumped right into the jobs. They also gave me suggestions for other items that needed attention on my house. They cleaned up everyday, went over what they did, and let me know what they were going to do the next day. When the replacements were done I had them paint it all. The painting was scheduled and the great work pattern by their painting crew repeated itself. I highly recommend this company for any work you need done fast, within budget, and right the first time! I will call them first the next time I need work done at my house.

We could not have been more pleased with our experience with Ben, Tyler, and the entire OCC team. From top to bottom, their team is a pleasure to work with. The team communicated quickly and effectively, and were willing to answer any and all questions we had regarding the job. The work itself was quality and done in an efficient manner.Our house suffered significant storm damage and our project entailed new roofing, fencing, flooring, and an entire kitchen renovation. We were so please with the work that we pursued a master bathroom renovation as well, and they accomplished this without significant delay to the project. We had them do a Master Bathroom remodel. We are very pleased with the project. When we called for an estimate Ben was quick to respond. We set a date and time to meet and he was punctual. We got several estimates and decided on Owners Choice. Several things we really appreciate about this group:1. They are very professional, project began on time and completed on time.2. They took the time to prepare for the demo by protecting our floors and furniture.3. Once demo was complete they did a great job of clean up before the actual redo started.4. Ben understood the project design we desired and did everything possible to meet our desires. We had one issue with a door facing and he went the extra mile to make me happy.5 . The workers arrived when they said they would arrive OR they called and updated the time of arrival.6. We REALLY appreciated the fact that he did not "nickel and dime us to death". The renovations Owners Choice did were in my father’s home after a toilet flooded the upstairs bathroom weeks after he passed away. I was overcome with grief and had a very difficult time being in the home. Their team kept me from having to endure that. In a time when I could barely function but had to keep pushing through the estate matters, OC’s team lifted a burden from my plate that they’ll never understand. The workmanship was top notch and the communication was great. I had the owners choice crew do some foundation work on a 90 year old house. The first estimate I got was off but when the workers got there and saw what they had to do that immediately got me a new estimate. I was not really surprised because I thought the first one was low.Dustin, Brandon, Stephen, and Luke were who did the work and they were a pleasure to work with. Choosing a company to do a remodel on your house can be very stressful. I choose Owners Choice over a few different companies and I am so thankful that I did!! From start to finish they were extremely professional. Great at a communication. Gave a very accurate quote. Every employee that walked into my house was professionally dressed, and very easy to talk to. Do not let there quotes scare you, Ben preps you for what he thinks could be worse case scenario. When Ben was quoting my house (I was having a 12 foot by 6 foot wall removed) he got in the attic and the crawl space to look for wires, plumbing, etc. If you are having any work done on your house I would highly recommend Owners Choice. Owners Choice may not be the cheapest option out there but there is that saying for a reason "You get what you pay for!" do not go cheap when it comes to your house.
