I highly recommend Viper for all your home needs; specifically a highly professional and knowledgeable Electrician such as Chasen, whom I had the privilege of working with. I needed some floodlights changed out at my home in GVL which were very high up. Chasen did an awesome job and worked quickly on his feet to address an issue with some of the hardware being installed that I’m sure others would have used as an excuse not to complete the job. With so many fly by night companies popping up all over the upstate, it’s refreshing to have a company such as Viper be a trustworthy and knowledgeable company! Our 1st visit for the estimate was with Raymond McGowan, on time actually a couple minutes early, helped work out the logistics of our situation, and came up with a price we could live with and a good price. The 2cnd visit was the following Tuesday for the install, again early, man, did a beautiful job with our new box and a 30 Amp R.V. hook up.Very clean work in the box, very professional and informative and definitely Raymond went the extra mile.HIGHLY recommend VIPER.

Jonathon Meyer, a plumber, came to my house to help with our gas fireplace. He was very kind and knowledgeable about what the fireplace needed. I found out Sunday afternoon that my upstairs bathtub was leaking down into the living room. I put in a request for service with Viper not expecting to hear anything until Monday. To my surprise they contacted me a few minutes later and Monday morning Stephen B was at my house. He was very nice, respectful and was in and out in no time. I will definitely use them again.

This is to let you know the quality of technicians yall have. Mr Chasen Strawn explained in detail what he would suggest we might consider doing after we told him what we were hoping to get him to do. The suggestions he told us made good sense so my wife said that was what she wanted. He also showed us a couple of ways to get the results we were looking for. Stephen Burdette was professional and knowledgeable in his evaluation of our plumbing issues, giving us 3 reasonable options for repairs. Obviously well trained and experienced, he was able to point out and demonstrate problems made by a former plumber who wrongly and dangerously installed a gas, tankless water heater in our home. We are so grateful we called Viper and had Stephen Burdette out to evaluate the situation.

I've used Viper for quite a bit of work. The biggest project they did for me was moving and replacing a badly placed electric panel. In this review Raymond came out and gave a quote for potentially adding recessed lights to our ceiling. Viper is always who I call for my electric needs! Good scheduling, and great speed.

Called this morning and received service this afternoon. Raymond was great. We had two receptacles that needed replacing. He did those quickly and with no mess and no fuss. Raymond also gave us a price to add ceiling pendants above our kitchen sink, which we will be doing after the holidays. We’ll be requesting that Raymond come back and do that work. I often refer Viper to friends and family. Great company to work with. You can count on them to be there when needed.

Five stars for a fast appointment, great customer service and honesty. Johnny came within 24 hours, looked at my issue (I thought the upstairs shower leaked and destroyed the downstairs bathroom ceiling) and determined it was NOT a plumbing problem but a leak around a vent pipe on the roof. He said "I never got out my tools so there is no charge." I will definitely call them for my next plumbing concern.

Scheduling the appointment was easy and the technician showed up within the time window. I am sure that this company is as great as other reviewers say but I did find their pricing extremely high. I was quoted $198 to install a dimmer switch and $300 to install a fan that already has both switches wired on the wall. I was also told the 6 lights I have are not dimmable and the technician would include replacing them in the quote.I looked the lights up online after he left to confirm that they are indeed dimmable and reached out to make sure that the quote didn’t include replacing them. Technician was overall nice but couldn’t comprehend $500 dollars for what would probably be an hour of his time. I ended up buying the dimmer for $28 at ACE and doing it myself in 20 min.
