While one of Allen’s crews was working on a construction project in North Dakota, an unlicensed worker of his struck my car with one of Allens company vehicles. Due to it being under the reportable threshold in ND, we exchanged insurance and his worker said he would send a check.The insurance policy was no longer in effect and Mr. Allen and his associate Mr. Maas would’t return any phone calls from me or my insurance agent.Point is that if Mr. Allen is not responsible enough to have insurance on vehicles registered to him, or return a phone call, I would be reluctant to hire him for a job.
