I drove 6 hours one way from Minnesota to meet a representative of this company. I was interested in buying a business and building in a local small town that had been closed for a while and had some mold and mildew in it. The guy wouldn't get back to me with a bid. Finally, several weeks later he had some secretary call me with a verbal bid of $50-$100K... They are out to lunch. Who gives a bid with a range that wide and why didn't he have the ba.... to call me himself? Very unprofessional...

These guys were top notch! We had sewer back up in our basement one evening and they went above and beyond to get here as soon as they could to help out. Thad worked with me to find a crew to come in that next morning right away to help me clean it out. In fact, they even sent extra people to come help with it. They were super friendly and super easy to work with. Their work was perfect from start to finish and left our place completely clean, smelling way better and sanitized. They walked me through each step they were taking and make it easy for me to get me back on my feet. I would 100% recommend them for their work here in the Mitchell area!!

I was really overwhelmed when my apartment flooded but Floor Tec helped me create and execute a plan. They were wonderful to work with and included me in everything. They were very knowledgeable and capable. They answered all of my questions and did a thorough and professional job. On top of that, they were very kind and took care handling my salvageable items.

FloorTec deserves five stars for their customer service alone. Technicians cleaned our air ducts, and we experienced some inconvenience, but Tom and Tracy went above and beyond to solve the issue. They even called the next day to make sure everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. We will continue to be customers of FloorTec in the future because of the customer service and professionalism from Tom and Tracy.

Extremely rude. I called to get an estimate (for my insurance company) and they said they don’t do estimates, but they could come out and fix it right away. When my husband asked why they don’t do estimates the person on the phone said, people hire us to do the job anyways. This company really doesn’t sound to trustworthy if they won’t tell you a price prior to doing the job.

We are extremely satisfied with the work that was done! We knew nothing about how often ducts should be cleaned. Our technician was very professional and answered all of our questions. We would recommend/ use this company again!Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

absolutely the rudest owner I have spoken to. No wonder her reviews are so bad. Nasty as hell! I would never want to do business with this company and I am certain the government wouldn't either. She was literally eating while she was speaking to me in monotone! Horrible!
