Our roof was done and we have to get somebody to come fix it. The photos is how they originally left it. I called the same day explaining that I was not happy. They came back the next morning and painted it. I called again, I talked to Brody. He came to the house, apologized and said they were going to make it right. He also told us that crew was no longer working for them. Couple weeks go by and we get a call asking if we could meet them at the house. Brody and Cory the owner came and said that they couldn’t fix it because they would have to redo the siding on our house. They said that the wood underneath was rotten and this was the fix. Nobody once told us this before this day. I finally said I would get a 2nd opinion. They asked us to take the Mitchell roofing sign down out of our yard before the next company came. Now I have called close to 10 times for a bill. Finally got one. Our roof was done last summer. I have a question about our bill, I’ve called 4 times now, I just get told they will call me back. Never has. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever had. Worst company to do business with ever. Both the roof and siding was contracted through Mitchell. The roof was done right away; however, it leaked and already had to be fixed.The clincher is the siding. The siding took them a year to get to... siding that, when we said to cancel the contract, they had the siding delivered in the driveway where it remained in the way for four months to keep the contract open. The siding is coming off and has been promised to replaced for six months without anyone showing up. We have been in contact with Mitchell and each and every time its "your on the list to get the work done, trust us." Certificate of work completion was never filed with insurance; therefore, along with very awful siding, we are also out 1000$ from insurance.The company is awful, if you want to save yourself a nightmare, then find another that actually cares about their reputation and quality of work. I had the pleasure of using Mitchell Roofing for my roof replacement. The communication though the office was amazing, as well as the the install. My roof was completed in one day and inspected the following week by quality control. The cleanup was great! (Almost impossible to get every nail out of the grass, but I haven't found one yet.) If you are seeking quality and fair pricing, look no further!

My north siding needed replacing after the nasty may storms of '22. The other company i had used for my roof wouldn't even return a call. So i called Mitchell Roof&Side as id seen them around and thought id try them. They were responsive and were out quickly to see what needed done. The rest of the process took a little bit but that was out of their control. Like all companies nothing is perfect but in my experience they were responsive to my needs and fought for what I rightly deserved from insurance. I will be using them again if needed.

Did a fantastic and professional job in selling and replacing our wind damaged roof. Absolutely five stars for that.But the back office is where they fall flat on their face. No notice before they started work and we had to call 3 times over 3 weeks to get the leftover materials picked up. I have called repeatedly over the last 3 weeks to get a final invoice. Each time I was told I would get a call back. Haven't received one yet (or the invoice). I also asked numerous times to schedule a bid for new gutters. Again, told I would get a call back. We had our roof replaced due to hail damage about 3 weeks ago, then I noticed that our bathroom exhaust fan was no longer removing the humidity when we showered. I called and they sent Brady over to come check out the problem. Brady was able to pinpoint the problem right away and fix it. He was professional and very personable. Had storm damage from the May 2022 storm on a very old roof and I called Mitchell roofing and siding and they came out very quickly and this being my first time having to make a claim on my house I did know exactly what to expect or how the process went but Ryan showed up and looked over the claim that was given to me by my insurance and he went over everything and made sure I understood it all and offered suggestions and they had a crew out two weeks later and got my roof done in an afternoon/evening. The crew made sure everything was done properly and they cleaned up afterwards with all the nails and old shingles. Came back a week later to finish up some stuff they did not get done that night and everything looks great. They worked with my insurance to make sure everything was covered and the office staff was great at answering my questions. Paid upfront for a small roof repair on 9/2 and have been trying to get Mitchell Roofing & Siding to complete the work for 2 months. All I get from April in the office is empty promises about calling me back to schedule.After 7 weeks April calls me to let me know they will be here Friday morning to complete the work that they were paid for 2 months ago. I take a vacation day off from work yesterday to make sure I'm here and available. Guess what. No show and no call.Given all the positive responses on their page and being called out in Best of Mitchell, I thought they were a reputable business that had a great customer experience.My experience doesn't reflect that at all. I am very disappointed in Mitchell Roofing & Siding for taking my money and not completing the repairs in the time frame I was given (3 weeks). Our old house was a 3 story with a very steep roof. It was damaged by hail as was our garage and the carriage house roofs. Mitchell’s came and the job was done in 2 1/2 days. Very professional, very well done. No debris-nails, wrappers etc were left in the yard or left to blow away. Now I need them again in a different house. Contacted them by e-mail on Sat eve, they responded by Mon and they’re coming on Thursday just to inspect a leak in my roof. My experience with other businesses is my problem is too small to bother with. I’m shocked!April is very nice, friendly and very professional. I’m so impressed! It’s a pleasure to do business with this company. I wish they did other jobs like lawns, patios, plumbing. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for over 3 weeks and keep getting placed on the “urgent call list”. I have not received a call back. I had my roof replaced through them in 2018 (nightmare) and now I have water coming into my house from the ceiling. You really need to change your slogan if this is the kind of work and response from your company that you stand behind.I messaged the Facebook page as they listed that as an option on 2/17/23 and received an auto-response and I supplied my phone number. 2/18/23 I received a message back stating “I sent this to the owner my apologies. Someone will call u monday. Thank u”. Monday came and went without a call. I messaged the Facebook page saying that. Have received NO follow up since. This is absolutely ridiculous. They will gladly take your money and want full payment without proof the work has been done, but they sure can’t call a person back on work THEY GUARANTEE.Service: Roof repair

We have been waiting since June to have our siding done. Dewey ordered and delivered the wrong size it sat in our yard for 3 weeks. Finally the right size was delivered Oct 8th. The crew was to start on Monday installing they get here and there is only enough siding to do 1 side and maybe a few rows on the other side. Insurance was paying for over 11sq and Dewey only ordered 8sq. Told us it was our screw up (not sure how he ordered and measured it)and told the installer it was only suppose to be one side done and to use some of the good siding they were taking off to finish the job. Needless to say we canceled the entire job with them and will never do business with them again.

We hired Mitchell Roofing and Siding in 2019. We are still waiting for them to complete the job and it's 2022. They completed the roof right away but the siding has not been completed. We have siding put on but poorly done and not completed. We never have had the same installer twice. If they did not want to work in Wyoming after advertising they should have told us no. It’s impossible to get ahold of the owner or his foreman. I just wish they would be honest with us and tell us they do not want to finish the project so we can get it taken care of. They replaced the roof very timely like they said they would and then said gutters would be done within a couple months of the roof and now 4 months later I’ve tried calling once a week for the last month to just get any kind of an update on how things are coming along. I get the call center every time and there is no one available to talk so they will leave a message and have someone call me. We had our roof done prior to COVID and they did a great job! We were impressed with the estimate and decided to go with Mitchell Roofing. They were able to complete the job quick, efficient and did a great job on clean up! We decided to use them for our siding and gutters as well. Then COVID showed up. It was disappointing in the fact that supplies were short and slow moving, not to mention the lack of workers during the height of COVID. Cory and his crew made the best of a bad situation for all the contractors in the area. Anyone that I have talked to about repairs say that they are booked out for at least a year. I was surprised that you cleaned up so thoroughly. I think I only found 1 nail. Communication was bad. I called them at least 7 or 8 times. They did not work with my insurance so I signed a contract with them, but later found out how much others were paying and they were MUCH higher. I tried to make offers with them but they only wanted the check. They were very good about cleaning up, and the roof looks very good. They have not been back to complete the job. They still need to complete the well house, under the patio, as well as the dog house. I told them not to do the blue shed behind the dog house, per Cory's orders. Cory said the shed needs to be moved, due to need to replace the siding on the dog house. He was going to try and convince the adjustor to just purchase a different shed, and get rid of the blue wooden shed. Please let me know when they are planning on returning to complete the shingling. I can’t believe that there is anybody making a bad review about this company. They showed up on time, in my time of need. The amount of professionalism I received from Jeff was above and beyond what I expected. Jeff seem to really understand what a bind I was in. I had a problem that I didn’t know I could get resolved without a full roof replacement, but one call to Mitchell roofing and without having to replace my roof they made my roof leak free with in hours of showing up. At first I felt I paid too much, but looking back they are worth every dollar I spent. So happy I hired mitchell roofing and I would recommend them to anyone. It seems there is nothing they can’t fix.

Roof was okay, but they were rarely on time and gave a vague, shifting time-table and didn't communicate well. Their subconctractors are worthless and Mitchell Roofing is obstinate and refuses to help.They didn't show up for weeks and then tried to do ~1/2 of the job and leave the front and back of the garage without gutters, and left even after being asked about it, insisting they were done. "They had to call their boss." We called, they eventually came back to finish.They were unprofessional, yelling and swearing at one another, left pieces of gutter all throughout the yards, and still didn't do the job correctly. The water doesn't even make it into the gutter, but drains between the gutter and the house. We were invoiced ~$3,000 for decorative, non-functional gutters.We've call to complain and demand it be fixed, several times. The roofing company and the subcontractor both. Empty promises, every time, if we even get ahold of anyone. It's been a couple months now, every time we're told they will be here on a certain day, or sometime next week, to fix it. No one ever shows up or has the courtesy to call and say they won't be here. Mitchell says they will talk to the gutter company and get it fixed, but nothing gets done, and it was like pulling teeth to get a phone number from them for the gutter company and try to cut out the obstinate middle man and they would NOT give the name of the subcontractor.We finally got the number of the subcontractor for the gutters, who said he'd be here LAST Monday. When asked, he was very rude and snarky saying "I said I'd be there THIS Monday." When corrected, he snapped "I've got a lot going on, I'll get there when I get there." That's the kind of customer service and professionalism Mitchell Roofing stands by, endorses, and subcontracts to?Save yourself the expense and aggravation and do NOT use Mitchell Roofing or its subcontractors.Service: Roof installation

Terrible customer service with no follow through. I still have an ongoing issue with loose hanging soffit (noticed and communicated to the contractor [Jeff] on Sept 27) where I now continue to receive the run around by Matt (quality control). I have been told several times that, “the crew/my guys will show up to fix the problem.” No one has come and today is Nov 5. Now, with the wind, a couple of pieces of soffit have flown off my house and one piece still dangling from the awning. Calling their office doesn’t work and texting individuals doesn't work. I’ve recently submitted an email to their website for management to contact me, but I’m not holding my breath.I’m submitting this review for others to read before choosing this company. My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau for assistance/awareness. If Mitchell Roofing and Siding “stands on it” as their website proclaims, my small problem would already be fixed. I wouldn't give them even that star, we were told and it is on the paperwork that they would only charge what the insurance would pay. They over charged us. More than what insurance paid. Charged for 4 roof vents we only have 2. When we tried to fight it,Tiffany the owner would never call us back. Tiffany wouldn't return calls, text messages, or email from our insurance company. Always talked to Judy. Who by the way is nice.When the siding was done the crew trampled all over my flower garden, with ladders and their feet. The owner of the crew (sub contractor)showed up and wanted to be paid. I would not ever recommend this company.
