First and foremost – I would not hire them if they were the last contractor on earth, read on if you want to know why. I have held off on this review until we had been in our home for a year plus. We used a sister company to build the main level of our new home, that will be another review! A local moving company did an amazing job moving the house to the site and setting it on the foundation. However, as they moved the house onto the property, a phone call was necessary to rip the site contractor a new one. The framing on the foundation was not close to ready, as it was every time he moved a house for these guys. The site guy showed up and finished framing as the house was moving onto the foundation! Next was the footing / foundation work for the attached garage. The excavation was performed and looked correct. I am a civil engineer and know a little about this type of work. When I came home later that day, the excavation was filled in and the garage footing was level with the siding on the house. All frost protection was gone. The site contractor planned to remove siding, place flashing on the framed wall and then backfill dirt to get frost protection!! This was reluctantly corrected. The garage was built and the site contractor dropped off the trench drain for the garage floor (this had been in the plan since day one) and said “Here’s your garage $%^&!”, so professional. He later called my wife and asked how many loads of gravel we needed for the driveway. As the house foundation was backfilled, they pushed eight foot of fill in at once and drove over the top with a skid loader. Absolutely no compactive efforts. After the spring thaw, the area at the front door settled three feet pulling with it the footings for the posts supporting the roof extension. This ripped the post from the roof. Fortunately, the roof was framed well enough to support itself. Since we moved into the house, we were told to let it go through a freeze thaw cycle before we have them patch the cracks in the sheetrock, completely understandable. We contacted them in May of 2023, no sign of them yet. Another issue, our garage doors / openers will work on about a 50-50 basis. Sometimes the button is pushed 3-4 times before the door closes. Many times, the door closes partially and then goes back up. We hired an independent company to look at the door issues. They have told us that the 24” tall door panels are too tall for the ceiling height and door rails / tracks. I am now faced with a massive expense of replacing the 1 year old overhead doors, one single and a double!! I have highlighted the significant issues, there are many others. This was my first new home, thanks to this horrible experience I will never do it again!

I waited to make a public review until our home building experience was done and some time had passed. We used their sister company to build the main level of our home. We hired Quality Homes to do the walk out unfinished basement. At first the communication was good and it seemed like things were moving along okay. However the entire project stalled out when it came time to move the main floor on to the basement. The house showed up on site and the site was not ready for the house. The house moving company had to do dirt work all day to even move the house on the foundation. The walls weren’t done either. While the house movers did the dirt work, the contractor showed up (after being chewed a new one by the house movers) and started building walls. Building walls while the main floor sat in the front yard. After that the house just sat for a while with no movement. Eventually one or two workers would show up to do one piece. Then a few weeks would pass and another couple workers would show up. The work started out looking good and then slowly started getting more and more terrible. I do have to say the drywall gentleman was fantastic. But the stair rail was put into drywall and ripped out of the wall a day after moving in. They came to fix it weeks later. To only put it in the drywall again and it’s now laying broken. The air conditioner wasn’t functional. After letting the company know I got some sort of mystery message telling me to hire my own HVAC guy. We did and he told us it was wired incorrectly when it was installed. The siding outside is chipped and pieces started rotting already. The cement stained the siding for about three feet to the ground. The wrong color windows were put in throughout the basement. We ended up hiring a different contractor to come finish the basement and saw how it should properly be done which only makes this company seem worse.Service: Remodeling

Promised to follow up on some problems we had and never showed up after repeated requests. Didn't follow through. Would not recommend.
