We had a water line burst and cause damage to very old floors and drywall in the basement. We called DryDocs and they were there an hour later to review/provide us a quote and started remediation work the very next morning. Their high-tech drying systems took almost all the buckling out of our hardwood floors. Fantastic customer service, timeliness and professionalism which is rare nowadays. They left the site in perfect condition as well. Highly recommend!

I agree with another reviewer - I would give 10 stars if I could! I simply could not recommend DryDocs more highly! Nathan was prompt, responsive, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. It was such a relief to have Nathan evaluate the damage and let us know right away the plan for restoration. The injection dry system took care of our ceiling water damage within only a few days. We are so appreciative of the service provided and recommend DryDocs 100%!

I had a water leak in my basement bathroom ceiling. I called DryDocs as soon as the plumbers left, they showed up within the hour and were able to scan and assess water damage and if there was any mold. We were fortunate that the water did not spread as far as we thought and the majority of our ceiling could be saved. Our refrigerator leaked water and totally soaked the underflooring, ruining the floor covering and creating saturated subfloor in the kitchen and entry of our house in Rapid City, SD. Also discovered a small amount of mold behind refrigerator location.I Located and called the Drydocks team. They arrived immediately and over a period of days were able to remove all damaged flooring and mold infested areas. They also totally dried the subflooring. They stayed on the job until it was finished and were extremely well equipped. I cannot say enough good things about the professional job that DryDocs was able to perform for us. I could not be happier with the service that I got from using Rob and Nathan. I had a leak that was unbeknownst to me in the lowest room in the house that had caused discoloration and damage. The Dry Docs were precise and deliberate in finding the source and cleaning up the damage. Thanks to their tenacity, my test results showed a clean bill of health. These guys and company are the real deal. They are honest, reliable, dedicated, experts in the field, and genuinely care and will go out of their way to help their customers. My families basement flooded and their was water damage in the upstairs living area and they showed up everyday, were beyond professional, walked us through every step, told us what to expect, were exceedingly reasonable, and such good men. After coming home from a trip we were greeted in our home to a faulty water heater that filled the basement. We called up DryDocs and they came by and assessed and handled the issue immediately. Rob and Nate were professional and friendly… even willing to answer other random questions on other household repairs that I had. They continued to check in on the dry out process and moved everything back and even went above and beyond by asking if I needed anymore help moving things when I had hurt my back. My parents home received a significant amount of water damage during the last years of their lives. Trying to find a team to come to Hot Springs to tear it all out was a challenge for a long time until I found Dry Docs. They answered all 100001 questions of mine :) and never made me feel annoying. We had a project that ran into unexpected and high volume water damage. It was on a Saturday, and we called every company in the book and left a message. ONE company immediately returned our call. Dry docs helped me with my black mold removal and then some. The mold had slowly happend over years, unbeknownst to me from previous homeowners It was very thick. They professionally discarded and cleaned the areas on commercial level standards. They went above and beyond my expectations of cleaning and maintaining the home with Special HEPA filters during the procedure and removal. . PLEASE use these guys. You won’t regret it. I was impressed with the professionalism and expertise of DryDocs. They came over on a holiday, assessed the problem with my basement which had a pipe break, and by the end of the week dried the area, repaired all water damage and using the latest of technology assured me that the damage was mitigated. My basement flooded May 2019. The father son team of DryDocs came promptly, and extracted water so they could pull carpet and pad. They had amazing equipment, infrared sensors and probes, to assess extent of water damage on walls and wood. We then made informed decisions on pulling sheet rock and wood. They quarantined the area, used industrial dehumidifiers and fans, and checked back daily with their testing equipment until all was dry. Rob and Nate were polite and professional. They got the job done and calmed my fears.
