DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!They took advantage of an elderly lady. They did not communicate with her at all while they were on site doing the work. The only time they talked to her was when they wanted to be paid for the job which took about 12 hours and they charged close to $5000. When asked to itemize their bill, they would not do it and threaten to put a lien on her house before they would finalize the job. They would not finish the job before the check was in their hands.The work did not justify the amount of money they were paid.They were only interested in getting paid not doing a quality job.IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERThere was never a dispute about the deductible as that is known prior to any claim ever made. That was totally made up on behalf of Extreme. When asking Extreme to detail the bill, that is when the owner said he would not discuss the actual work done and materials purchased which was FAR less than the bill. Not only would he not discuss it but then proceeded to call the insurance company and said that they would not do the job as discussed but would put a lien on the house if not paid before the work was done. The workers also told the homeowner's son, who was on-site at the time, that the bill was high and they would do the work as expected. The owner would not do the work promised and he also said he WOULD NOT DISCUSS it any further.AGAIN, did not want to do the work that was supposed to be done so he did it as cheaply as possible and DEMAND payment.But in his review says he would like to discuss it NOW that this review was written?I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unprofessional, no communication, only out to get the money which was close to $5,000 for about 10 hours of work.

From initial response by Mollie to my online inquiry, through email and telephone contact with Doug and Gavin, and finally the actual repair work by Travis and Ryan this was a flawless, perfect experience.The price was very reasonable. The work prompt and professional. The finished job was of exceptional quality.If you need this type of work you will not find a more capable team to contact.

We are very happy with the service we received. Doug, Gavin, and the office staff are very responsive to emails and phone calls. We encountered a different issue after the work was finished. I called Extreme to just ask if the new problem could be related to the work completed. Doug returned my call, told me he didn't think the two were related, but he would come out to look. I so appreciate that he did. The issue wasn't related, but he called "his guys" to come and troubleshoot. Honestly, he and "the guys" went above and beyond and I highly recommend their services.

At Monument Health, we value safety and care for patients and staff above all else. When we needed concrete slabs lifted to prevent trips and falls, Doug and his crew were able to come immediately. They had a large area to lift, and they were able to complete the job quickly, with little disruption to our busy facility. The entire sidewalk in front of our house was pushed up and uneven due to a huge cottonwood tree root running under it. My wife was scared that one of us would catch a foot on it and fall or get hurt shoveling snow off it. Extreme Foundation Repair leveled it entirely in one morning, with no disturbance of the lawn, no damage to the tree and absolutely no inconvenience to us. The sidewalk looks practically new and our minds are now at ease when we’re working in our yard or when guests are coming. We know it’s no longer a trip hazard, plus it’s way easier to get the lawn mower over it. Also, it was surprisingly affordable, much less expensive than replacing the walk, which we thought was our only option.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We had noticed our walk-out basement concrete slab had a large crack in it and we could see the dirt had washed away under the edge slab. We worried it would crack as well. We called, spoke to Doug and he sent Gavin out to look at the space and quote an estimate. It was quite reasonable and we set up a day to have it done. The crew of two who came to do the work were polite, knowledgeable, worked efficiently and explained each step of the process of injecting foam into the underside of the slap as well as in several places through the slab. They assured us that this would prevent further erosion and cracking and explained if we had any issues they would come back to fix it. We would highly recommend Extreme Foundation for issues with foundations.Service: Foundations

We are not satisfied with the replacement concrete slaps. Finish texture does not match existing concrete and when I mentioned this to the concrete worker when he came to remove the forms he said why didn't you tell me when I was doing it. He is the professional I shouldn't have to tell him how to do his work and industry standards to match finish smoothness of existing concrete versus leaving a rough jagged finish. In addition, as a company the lack of organization, coordination, and customer service displayed throughout the complete process in keeping in touch with the customer is extremely lacking on your part.Additional Comment 6 Apr 21Extreme Foundation Repair came out on the 5th of April and replaced the original concrete slabs they had installed that were not up to standard. Their replacement slabs are what one would expect to be done where they match the existing sidewalk slabs in finish/smoothness. We are exceptionally pleased with the replacement slabs and appreciate Doug's quick response and action to correct this situation.Service: Concrete driveway building

Doug and his crew arrived at the time agreed upon. My driveway sits about 2 1/2 inches below the entrance to the garage which causes a lot of issues coming and going. Doug set up his equipment and proceeded to raise my driveway to match the garage floor. I couldn't be more pleased.
