We recently had the Mustang Disaster Team come to our residence to clean our heating/A/C ducts, as this has never been done since we moved into our home. The Mustang team was both very professional, and thorough in their work. We were very pleased with their services, and would highly recommend their company to anyone looking to have this service performed at their residence or business. While onsite, they also spent time explaining their cleaning process in detail, and it was neat to see their equipment working in person. It was truly amazing how much dust and debris their equipment was able to pull from our vents. Thank you for a great experience, as this is the first time we have had this type of cleaning done in our home. We will definitely be reaching out in the future to have this service performed again. I had them come out to clean our home’s HVAC syste. The house is approx 2,400 sq ft with 20 supply/return registers to address. They services provided and value is beyond underwhelming, we paid over $500 for just over an hour of work. Seemed quick to me but I’ve never had this service performed so I went with it. Within days I invested and was disappointed that dust, hair, and general duct work gunk was left behind. I finished the job with a simple shop vac and a little effort, buy yourself a good shop vac and make the rounds yourself to save money and headaches.Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

My husband and I recently bought a home and had Mustang Disaster Cleanup come clean the ductwork. We had no idea if the ductwork had ever been cleaned but suspected it was pretty dirty and it was. Mustang’s team was very thorough and tenacious in cleaning — having to give some areas multiple run throughs to get them clean. They were at our house for close to four hours. I have never used this type of service before, but due to a garage fire we found ourselves in need of it. We found Mustang to be very helpful and courteous when dealing with what turned out to be quite a mess. They had to deal with sub-freezing temps as well as some below or hovering around 0. They were always helpful in determining what to keep and what wasn't worth trying to save. In the end, with the reconstruction and Mustang's cleaning solutions, we have virtually no smoke odor in the garage. They have been very prompt and thorough throughout the renovation.
