We love our new windows! We had 8 windows replaced in our house. The previous windows we had were original to the house (1975). We were very impressed by the whole process with Renewal by Anderson. They were all very professional and efficient during installation. We no longer have any draft issues that we once had. It is also much quieter in our house now with the new windows. We definitely recommend Renewal by Andersen and would use them again ourselves.

We have had two sets of windows (11 total) replaced by RenewalbyAndersen in the last two years. Ray works with us to get the best price possible and is very thorough in his explanation of the product and the process. The installers are prompt, work quickly but carefully, and left our home as clean as they found it. The office staff check in frequently to let us know the status of our order and also check on our satisfaction of the finished product. The windows are beautiful and efficient. We are blown away by the customer service and the efficiency of this company. Tristan did a great job presenting the product and designing a plan for us. Them financing was so simple. Dawson and his crew were great to work with. They were on time, quick, and very professional. It is hard to believe they did 17 windows and a sliding glass door in 4 days. I also was very impressed with the fact that they caught a defect in 2 windows that I didn't even notices. They reordered and had them here and installed quickly. I will recommend this company to anyone!

We set out to replace the construction grade windows in our new home to address excessive condensation and draftiness and we solicited three quotes from local providers including Renewal By Andersen. RBA was the second to meet with us and before we were halfway through, we decided to go with them even though they were more expensive. One, we were a repeat customer from 20 years ago and we knew we would be happy with the final result. Two, they offered zero-interest financing for 18 months. Three, they weren't going to disturb the siding during the installation. Four, Ray Rice was incredibly friendly, listened to our concerns, and was flexible in his presentation to our time constraints. RBA kept us up to date with periodic phone calls about the status of our windows and made sure we were okay with the date and time of the installation. Tim came with his crew and was on-time/early, walked us through everything and then proceeded to get done in about four hours for six windows. After the installation, he walked us through the installation, the operation of each of the windows, and addressed any of our concerns (we didn't have any). It's been a couple of weeks and during the latest cold snap/snowstorm, we noticed how little condensation there was on the windows and how much less the furnace kicked on. Couldn't be happier unless they gave them to us for free. ;)

Had two sliding windows replaced. Have had a picture window done by RBA before and have been very happy with the results. Very happy with my new windows. I had windows previously installed that were not installed properly. I was so stressed because to replace these particular windows I needed a contractor to fix the header, new drywall, and electoral wiring moved. Not only did Renewal by Anderson replace the window, but they helped me find a contractor to fix the window header. We had the east side of our house windows done this year. 4 windows total. 3 bedrooms and the kitchen window, which is now a awning window with a fine screen on the inside. We are very pleased with the new windows and the installation that was done by Mickey and his crew. They did a get job and cleaned up excellent after they were done. We did the west side of our house 2 years ago with a bedroom window and a patio sliding door. Of note last summer we had 2 hail storms with one storm with baseball size hail. The patio door and the bedroom window stood up to the hail and did not break. The trim around the widow and door got pretty beat up and we only had to replace the trim. We were looking to replace our living room and kitchen windows that were ancient and didn’t open. Renewal by Andersen put in a beautiful bay window in the kitchen and even suggested replacing a smaller window above the sink as well. It turned out better than expected and we never realized replacing the smaller window would make such a difference. We are very happy with the all the windows! From salesman to the installation crew, they were great to work with. Clean, timely, and made sure everything was in good working order before they wrapped up. Also, we live on a busy street with lots of traffic noise. These windows cut down on the noise better than we thought they would. The quality and feel of them is heads and shoulders above our old windows -- Andersen windows are really top-end products. We thoroughly enjoyed everyone we met in the process from sales to installation, and everyone was courteous and professional.There were a few hiccups around communication that occurred, but they were extremely fast at addressing the issues and I'm sure they will be implementing better processes in the future. Overall, the experience was one of the best we've had in home renovation and we will be using them again.

I am very happy I chose Renewal by Anderson for my new windows. It does take a little while to get the windows from their manufacture but they kept in touch with me every 4-6 weeks to let me know where they were at and how much longer it would be. I replaced 7 windows on my house and couldn't be more happy with the outcome. It looks like a whole new house! The crew they sent out was very professional and did a great job keeping the inside of my home clean. They were able to complete the job in 2 days, which I appreciated. Not only did we replace the windows but changed the size to fit our future kitchen remodel plan.
