First time using Safelite. Had a pencil eraser sized chip on windshield, right in middle of drivers line of sight. Safelite explained the process and all possible outcomes. My insurance company set up the appointment in advance. Staff was very courteous and professional. Repair too about 40 minutes to complete. Chip is gone. Very pleased with the outcome, looks great. Future chips will be handled by Safelite.

Honestly, if you have a choice go somewhere else. While I've had other good experiences with Safelite elsewhere the team here didn't meet expectations at all. My windshield is in worse shape after leaving and I now have to replace the full windshield instead of having to just have a chip replaced.

First their timeline is awful for when they’re going to show, I thought appts were made so you had a specific time set… secondly wasn’t impressed they moved us to the back of the list cause they couldn’t take a minute to call to have us put the dog in, 30 seconds and problem solved! Also I know our truck has current hail damage and doesn’t look amazing as it WAS used as a work truck until recently, but that’s no excuse to add scratches and not clean up the tar and glass on the dash afterwards… if we would’ve known about other complaints we would’ve never used you! I hope you do better for future customers! Our replacement was done on July 12th, 2022, probably our first and last experience with you.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Love Safelite have been to several other companies for glass replacement and that was a huge mistake! These guys are fast, professional, use top quality glass always. This location has the best employees you could ask for! Also have coffee, soda and water available and decent snacks in the lobby while you wait. Cory their traveling tech is amazing, keeps you updated and does great at his job!

This is the second time I had glass work done by Safelite! The first time it was a windshield and the tech that came out got the black sealant on the window pillar, this time it was to repair chips and I found 2 black marks on the same pillar? Also the guy who was looking for me when done tried to give my keys to the wrong person???

My windshield has an air leak and is whistling due to installation error. This store refuses to fix this mobile and expects me to take time off work and lose more money to go to them for their mistake. Do yourself a favor and don't waste time calling these people.

I was originally quoted $350, then I had a promo code that brought it down to $300. Thankfully for me I was going to pay in advance... When I went to check out the price went up to $416!!!!! I tried to ask customer service why, and she basically told me should wouldn't talk about it! Then told me to call an 800 number and ended the conversation!!!!I got a quote from another company for $250 out the door, but was willing to pay the extra $50 for them to come to me, but after the $116 price jump AND the rude customer service.Safelite has lost my business, and any future business I may have needed!

Amazing experience! We where on vacation and experienced vandalism. Safelite was very helpful and squeezed us in. They helped us deal with our insurance and even cleaned all the broken glass out as best they could so that our young kids wouldn’t get hurt! Super friendly and very professional.

Worst website ever. Almost impossible to speak w a person. The Bots communicate w reminders, videos, and instructions. After driving 2 1/2 hrs to get the windshield replaced and a separate appointment w the car dealership for calibrations they told me the windshield wasn’t in.

I had a chip fixed here while travelling and was charged $84. I never had a charge for a chip repair with my insurance but the staff insisted it was because of my type of windshield. Since the car was new I took their word for it. After a call to my insurance today I found out they never even submitted it to my insurance.

We had our insurance contact this business while traveling and we were very impressed with the entire process of working with this local business. From the beginning, scheduling, to the end results we were super happy with the entire process. The local crew were ALL super professional and friendly, the work was completed as promised and the overall experience was effortless for us. scheduled my rock pit repair March 15th through the company insurance recommended, for today March 30th. this rockpit is smaller than the back of a bic pen, maybe the size of a green peaat 1108am mst, their technician calls to explain that I should just get the windshield replaced because the pit repair is likely to fail due to the cold. Its sunny and a beautiful 42 degrees outside with temps rising. He explained that Safelite wont warranty the repair because it will most likely run or pop out. Right after he calls to share this happy information, I get an email demanding payment for an insurance covered repair.at 1139am mst get a text message repair failed, and a picture of runs all the way across my windshield. so I called to see about having the windshield replaced....21 days wait, after just waiting 15 days, and it never ran until he tried to repair it. Another 400 expected, not professional at allleaves a really bad taste in my mouth, and really really angry. 15+ years and numerous cars from a big family, and never had this happen. We did about 10 rock pits a year in SW co...first one here.Go ELSE WHERE

Jeff gave me a call this morning letting me know that he was going to be my technician today and gave a time on when he would be here. He showed up at the time he said he would & got right to it! He was extremely friendly & got the job done quick and exceeded expectations! He vacuumed my entire vehicle out and cleaned everything. Excellent. Christine was awesome. Great customer service, personable people. Great communication. Helped me out in a jam before I got my glass appointment. I had been traveling across country when a freak, horrible experience happened in the national Park. Satellite made fixing my rear windshield on my brand spanking new car hassle-free and calmed me down. They were busy. My appointment from arrival to finish took about two hours. Well worth time and peace of mind. Quality service. They helped me out two times at the end of their shifts. Tusted them. Tey came through for me when I needed it most. Can't say enough good things about the people here.

I would not recommend. I bought my vehicle and had it for 3 days and noticed a couple small chips. The scheduling was easy and they came out to my house 2 days later, so I thought "convenient and quick " and should be an easy fix from what I was told. Well, one of the chips the technician was working on turned into a crack about 4 inches long, and I was told "sometimes the heat does that ", and left to pay for a new windshield after having my vehicle 3 days. No one told me beforehand the heat may cause that and I'd be liable, otherwise I would have rescheduled on a cooler day or came in to the store so my car was out of the sun. They kept telling me "sometimes that happens" and wouldn't work with me on the price and now I'm stuck with a $200 replacement cost . I spoke with other places, and they said the heat should not matter if they know what they are doing. I understand things happen, but the fact that I'm stuck with a new windshield cost is ridiculous when it happened because of the "simple" repair is ridiculous .

It was too expensive. $500? And they charged for the windshield wipers $ 65 that used to be free. You can purchase wipers at Wal-Mart for $ 16. Decided to go somewhere else.

Two chips in the past 6 months in the Jeep windshield, two visits to Safelite. Both have been good experiences, as far as window chips go. Very nice employees and very prompt. Even helped get my insurance claim all in order before service. The coffee and soda in the waiting room is a plus as well. Scheduling online was very convenient too!

Operator is the greatest. Showed up unannounced but because my fix was a quick glue job, he hooked me up. All I did was leave the vehicle so he could get to it on his time. Awesome guy, highly recommend this shop!

Had a tech come to my location, to repair a small chip in the bottom of the windshield. The tech was pleasant, however the small chip is now two large cracks going in either direction. The new replacement windshield will cost $470 this includes their $30 discount... my insurance deductible is $500. I'm not impressed.Service: Auto windshield repair
