Nate and his crew were so helpful both in the assessment, scheduling and professional performance of their duties. Nate was present from assessment, tear down, installation and follow up to ensure every aspect of the job was to our satisfaction. He and his crew so impressed me that I also had them do the roof on my parents house in North Rapid. While Nate and his crew were working on our roof, it actually hailed, rained and the wind blew. But their attentiveness and work one section at a time, the roof was weather proofed almost as quickly and efficiently as it came off and there was no damage from leakage or tear off. Since they have completed our roof, we have experienced high winds, hail and rain, no damage. Nate worked with my insurance company and was able to upgrade to a hail resistant shingle, getting us a discount on our premiums. My wife is really big on flowers and decor, they all worked so hard to ensure any damage to her flowers was minimum, she was so thankful for their thoughtfulness. I really can not say enough about Nate and his company. It is true, he may not be the biggest, but in my opinion they are the best. Two different occasions, once they replaced a hailed out roof on my commercial building, also they installed new underlayment and shingles on my new home during new construction. Truth be told, YETI stood out to us because it was such a unique company. But what ultimately, sold me on YETI was the responsiveness and attention to their customers. We had several contracors give us bids but Nat stood out among them all...plus we definitely wanted to spend our money locally. Nat was 100% professional, definitely knew what he was talking about, had excellent reviews AND our insurance company gave us money back right away using those shingles and we get a discount on our home owners insurance each year by going with the shingles Nat had. I have a home business so I was concerned having strangers doing work here while I was open. Pro Exteriors were very polite and professional and kept everything picked up as they worked and were done even ahead of schedule. I really appreciated Nate and his crews response to the issue I had with my roof. Nate responded to my phone message and showed up on time to check out the problem and discuss it with me. We discussed the problem and some additional concerns I had after he was done with his inspection and said he would send me an estimate. Which he promptly did in the time he said he would. The kicker in my case was that this was in mid December just before Christmas and I was leaving the country for 2 weeks shortly thereafter and the damage needed to be repaired fairly quickly to avoid further damage (water infiltration rotted underlayment and the wood on the eaves and fell off) And sure enough Nate and his crew were on it and even kept me informed via text and email while I was gone. They did a great job looks like nothing ever happened and inspected other areas of the roof for me. And when I got back it was all clean with nothing for me to do. They then came back and installed a Solar Tube Skylight with the same professionalism and great work. So I would like to say “Thank You!” to Pro Exteriors & CoJ. Landis, Rapid City SD

Nate was easy to contact & responsive. His roofing crew quit working for him and our roof job was delayed by a month but he found another crew to get the job done. when we had trouble with insects in the skylights he returned promptly to fix the problem.
