He found and resolved several issues with our AC system, then verified all fixes before taking payment. I was so pleased with my experience with Airserv. Ian is so knowledgeable of your product and was a pleasure to deal with. TJ was also very informative and worked with efficiency and care. Jay and Lucas were so pleasant and did a great job with the ducts.Brady and Dominic were also efficient in getting their jobs done in a timely manner. I had another company come out and check my AC and got quoted $1,700 for repair. They then proceeded to lie about what the repairs/damages were. I called Aire Serv and they sent out a technician. Can’t say enough good things about the company and the technician TJ. He was extremely honest and did not try to upsell me any thing. He was able to fix my AC for basically pennies on the dollar compared to the other company. 5 stars is not enough to give them. Very knowledgeable guy. My dog can’t thank him enough for a nice cool house. Will recommend to everyone.

Had a furnace check up from TJ who was extremely knowledgeable and just an all around great tech and person in general. Our unit was old and going out so we consulted with Ian on options for replacement. Again extremely knowledgeable and thorough and a great guy to talk with. Less than a week later crews are installing new unit and I am beyond words…we have had install techs Lucas and Sam here and electrical and plumbing techs and everyone is great. When you are making a big purchase like this it puts you at ease having techs like these working for your company. Hands down the best.

Great company to work with! Called in the morning because we noticed our furniture went out in the evening. They had a tech, Cole Paulson, out late morning and he diagnosed and gave me options for the fix. He also offered to replace a part that would probably go out soon at a reasonable add on price. Speaking of price, he was up front with pricing options on the fix. He also checked over the entire system to make sure it was running effectively and efficiently.

Jared the technician did a good job diagnosing our furnace. Unfortunately it wasn't repairable so he set up an appointment with Ian. He came out and went over all the options with us and explained everything very well so that I could understand it. Jay and Kamren the installers set up the furnace in a very good manner and also swept my basement floor and cleaned up very well when they were finished. Cameron the electrician did a good job at wiring up our new system and answering any questions we had. I highly recommend using aire Serv!

My furnace went out right before winter hit and these guys were fantastic. Got everything replaced within a few days, even got a new water heater from them. I have had Aire Serv at my house multiple times this week investigating/repairing issues with my furnace. They have been incredibly patient, thoughtful, and helpful. The customer service is incredible and you truly feel like they care and are passionate about helping the community. This also goes for my experience with Mr. Electric. Buy the Membership! TJ was an amazing tech. He is knowledgeable, polite and made sure to walk me through the whole process so I understood. Gave me great tips regarding my filters, how often to change them and how to properly clean the filter holder. Will definitely be requesting him for my next check up! 20 out of 10 level of service.

The service techs for both Mr. Rooter and Air Serv had to coordinate efforts to replace my water main shut off valve and get my boiler back up and running this morning. It was all taken care of quickly, in less than a couple of hours, start to finish, unreal! The women in the office are truly the best, willing to do whatever it takes to make it all click and look easy. Good hands to be in!

You were very prompt, got the work done , cleaned up nicely and answered any questions we had regarding our new furnace and Ecobee. I had great service and the technician was A+, but a LOT of trouble with the front office. I signed up for the basic membership and asked the person over the phone about cancellation policy, and he said I could cancel anytime without penalty. When I had unexpected financial trouble come up I had to cancel my membership. The savings from the membership I had received on the service were going to be charged to my card because I had not been on the membership for long enough. While I was disappointed this was not mentioned when I asked about cancellation policy, I understood it is to protect the company, so I asked them to proceed with cancellation and charge my card for the savings I had received.The problem was this did not happen. I was continued to be charged for the membership I had asked to be cancelled. Luckily I caught it before it got way out of hand, but it was still a big hassle of going back and forth over email trying to figure out settling the balance. It was messy.Then I started getting phone calls and voice mails for a person and property that was not me and that I had no connections with. The calls were asking me about appointments and rescheduling that I had no clue about... because it wasn't me. I called the office over and over trying to get this fixed, and eventually they said they removed that property/name/phone number from my account.Flash forward a few month later and I start getting appointment calls again regarding that property I know nothing about. I have to call the office a few more times, each time saying I have no idea who this person is they are trying to reach on my number. Eventually, I get someone who just deletes all of my account information from the system. It has yet to be seen if this is a true fix. I really hope so, it has been a months long battle of getting calls not meant for me.

The Crew at AirServ was awesome!Brad Plaga was my HCD and he answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure my installation went smooth and as quoted.Lucas Schroeder and Sam Hallstrom were my installers and they got the job squared away in the time quoted and so far my system runs smooth and efficiently!Andrew Foster came in did some electrical and I was impressed with speed ans quality of the job.I would definitely recommend AirServ again to anyone who is looking for HVAC!

Our office heater stopped working during one of the worst storms of the year. I called Air Serv & they were able to get a technician out to us the same day!They sent a confirmation email with the assigned technician’s contact information & photo. The technician also texted me updates prior to arrival and again when he was on the way! He explained the process and fees before evaluating the furnace and even brought the malfunctioning part to show me what was wrong with them.Would definitely recommend

Jared Iverson was the technician that came to our residence for our furnace issue. He did a complete diagnosis and a complete evaluation of our furnace system. We then got the complete report with recommendations for service. He did a very complete explanation to my wife and me. He answered our questions to our satisfaction and ultimately purchased a service plan new ozone filter system. He expressed areas of concern but didn't make me feel pressured to fix them "right now", unless it was a dire need. I had the privilege of working with Aire Service for a new furnace/air conditioner and ductwork done. Because of medical reasons it was necessary for them to work around my schedule. Thank you to the Aireserv team (Brad, Jeff, Jay and Kory)! Brad explained everything we needed for the most efficient way to heat and cool our house, didnt oversell and was honest. The installation team of Jeff, Jay, and Kory were very respectful to property and very pleasant. I was EXTREMELY impressed with how fast the installment went. They said it could take a day and a half but they were actually done in about 6 hours.It's never fun to spend that amount of money BUT I trust the team and company with ou product and their installment. We called AireServe because our heating unit finally decided to retire after 30 years of hard labor. Cole Paulson (1st Tech) came by to evaluate the situation and determined that our unit has an internal issues and will no longer work. Cole recommended we look into a new unit so he scheduled us with his sales guy named Brad Plaga. From start to finish, Brad was very detailed in explaining the process and seemed to be very knowledgeable on the integrity of the units as well as the install process. He mapped out our square footage of the home and gave us the best, most affordable option for our household. Much appreciated Mr. Brad. We got scheduled for install within a days time. The install Techs, Kameron McCubbin and Sam Hallstrom, arrived on time and got started right away. Those two were very professional, yes sir no sir type of guys which being from the south I really appreciated. Their work was also professional and they kept my house as clean as possible and made sure to clean up on the way out. To the owner of AireServ, I want you to know that the team that helped my family is amazing.I hope they are acknowledged for their professionalism, efficiency and respect of my home!
