My experience with they Trey and everyone else at Paramount Exteriors was fantastic. They made the whole process extremely easy and personal. Trey came to my home to explain the process, brought samples to pick, then went ahead and did all the work with the insurance company for me. Trey was quick to respond to any questions I had along the way, and was professional and kind. The roofers were at my home within two weeks and completed the project quickly and did a great job cleaning up. We came home to a new roof and a clean yard! I would use them again if I find I need another project done again!

I called Paramount and was instantly greeted with very friendly staff that walked me through the whole process and walked me through all the insurance paperwork so I knew what they were going to replace. Trey was so very helpful throughout the whole process, answering my questions right away.Most people in my neighborhood already had roofing signs in their yard before I even called my insurance company. Trey at Paramount Exteriors (local Sioux Falls based company) was great to work with after the 2022 May hailstorm.- They promptly came out to inspect the damage- Explained what they were looking for (assisted my untrained eye)- Assisted with opening the claim to the insurance company (first time I had ever reported hail damage)- Came back out when the insurance adjuster reviewed the damage to make sure they caught everything- Agreed to stay within the insurance claim limits (didn’t want to get into a financial hardship without insurance covering the costs)- Assisted with reading insurance claims assessment- Recommended a quality Landmark CertainTeed shingle and assisted with picking a shingle color- Really timely and quick about replacing the shingles on the roof (wow shingled the house in 4 ½ hours)- Replaced gutters and down spouts (less than 4 hours)- Very impressed and happy with the new roof and gutters.Services: Gutter repairs, Attic venting repairs, Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Gutter installation, Roof inspection, Roof repair, Roof installation, Attic venting installation
