We were not looking forward to the mess and craziness of having to put on a new roof and gutters. Austin was easy to talk to and explained in detail the products his company uses. He made sure we we comfortable with our choices and voiced his expert advice on the best look for our home. Austin and His crew were very efficient, polite and respectful of our property the two days they were here. This crew is a very hardworking group! Everything was completely picked up and all debris from this project hauled away. Austin has also been very helpful with contacting our insurance company when they needed information or questions answered. I can't say enough good things about this company. In a time when I was having trouble getting anyone to look at my leaky roof, these folks came through. They were kind, efficient, and helpful. Johnny was prompt in communication, and explained what I needed to know and what my next steps will be. I'll use them again for my roof work and be recommending them friends who need roof work done.

The work that the crew did was amazing! We love our new shingles and the updated look of our home. The equipment that they used left a 50' long oil mark on our driveway which supposedly cannot be removed completely . We were disappointed in this, but the workmanship of the people that actually did the roof was great!!

Jared and Austin came out to inspect our roof for damage which I assumed had some. They fixed our shingles that were popping up free of charge and said our roof was in good shape. I’d highly recommend having them come out to inspect to make sure everything is in good operating order.

Thank you Austin! I have been trying to get some missing shingles replaced since last year. Since so many houses needed new roofs due to the hail last year I have been unable to get any one to come take care of it because it was a small job.I saw that Premier was doing a bunch of roofs by my house today. I stopped and asked Austin to take a look he came right over looked at it and later in the day he came and fixed it for me! He was done in about 10 minutes! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We had a house that sold recently with a closing date of a few weeks. Found out we needed to re roof the house. Gave Premier Systems Roofing a call and talked to Will. Will was very accommodating and friendly. He drove to the location and gave us a fair quote. I'm not sure of how many squares of shingles that were needed but it was a 4,000+ sq ft home. They tore off and had the house shingled in two days! Including clean up. I'm so glad I called this company. Thank you!

I got a same day quote from these guys that was very competitive. They worked with my schedule on installation and finished the job in no time. When they removed the old roof, they damaged some siding and broke window well covers. After I noticed it, they had it repaired ASAP.Top notch work with customer service to back it. Working with Scott and Premier Systems Roofing was an awesome experience. Their level of customer service, support and knowledge was amazing. I had two different instances of wind damage to my shingles. They came out to our house multiple times and met with Insurance Adjusters which helped in getting a full shingle replacement. Initially the insurance company only wanted to pay for a small portion of the roof. But the follow up Scott and team provided helped to get the full payment for the entire roof. Their installation crew was excellent and spent extra time cleaning up any debris from the shingle removal and ensured the nails were picked up as well. I couldn’t have asked for better support in what could have been a very stressful situation.
