Went in the other day. We needed a workbench for winter activities. The staff was very helpful. Came up with a very reasonable heavy duty winter activities workstation. Still making a few adjustments but overall it is currently functional.

I've always been impressed with the customer service at Home Depot. We recently renovated our kitchen and purchased Kraftmaid cabinets through Home Depot. We worked with a designer there named Linnie who did an incredible job. We couldn't be happier with the final result. In the end, we also purchased our appliances from the Home Depot.

Store is good, company is not.Pretty sure I paid more for faster shipping, only for it to get pushed back twice..."Sorry for the inconvenience" 1 star and will probably get damaged product as they are notorious for it.

They were out of a lot of what I needed. Their purchaser needs to learn how to do his job better. I was a purchaser for a large store for many years. I purchased for 8 different product lines for the store. I always had what my customers needed and had a great turnover rate.

We live an hour away so before making trip called about specific 9 foot Christmas tree that online said was low inventory and to call store. Man on phone said they only had 7.5 foot or smaller trees left. Two days later, I have to go there for a different reason and what do I see but the exact tree I wanted on display, along with several other 9 foot trees. I ask for help, wait ten minutes, ask again, finally get help. Only display model is available, no box, no instructions, no warranty, and still full price ($399). Did not purchase.

I normally don’t give a bad review rating on Home Depot, but we went there to get assistance with a claim information, and although we were still within the timeframe, their system was not showing up what the claim information needed for us to do a claim on our snowblower. This was beyond frustrating as something went out just before the expiration of our warranty, and because of the lack of information from what we had to what the claim information Center had and what Home Depot couldn’t assist us with caused us to miss our warranty deadline.

This patio table was bought last summer from Home Depot. When I tried to get help over it’s springtime decay, Sioux Falls management bounced me around and now are hanging up. Five times now. We have bought a lot from Home Depot in the past. So incredibly unprofessional.

Recently bought carpet and had it installed in Sioux Falls SD. They did a good job and I was impressed by the follow up call / customer service from the installation group.

Easy place to get in and get out. It's right off the interstate. When you come off the interstate make a right on shirley and come around to the back of the building. The docks will be on the left hand side. Receiving hours are from 8am to 5 PM. Overnight parking is allowed in parking lot.

The sheer volume of toxic insecticides and herbicides stocked at this Home Depot is insane. It's stacked to the ceiling in multiple locations and piled high in the middle of the aisles (for children to touch, of course). It smells terribly when walking by and we all know that if we're smelling it, it means we're inhaling small particles of the substance. I'm surprised that Home Depot would be so careless with products that they surely know are toxic and dangerous.

I'm giving it a 3 out of 5 stars solely because of our instore experience. We literally received no help and no offers for assistance until we had to actually go find someone to assist us. Then we got the most reluctant help as well. The people in the lumber area just sat there watching us struggle to get lumber and didn't offer anything.I would say after the instore experience of getting help out to our car was definitely above 5 stars. Caden did a fantastic job of helping us get everything out to our car and then spent his time helping us load up everything. He is a fantastic and hard worker and his customer loyalty truly showed today. Thank you Caden!

I'm always so impressed with this store. I barely go anywhere else for our business. The staff are friendly, they're dog friendly, it's organized clean and efficient. Always go above and beyond to help. It's my favorite store in Sioux Falls as well as my dogs favorite place to go to get attention and pets. Well done!

Extremely dissatisfied and now considering using on line businesses (e.g., Wayfair, Overstock, Amazon) as a result.FACT:1. Attempted to order a $2000 product while it was on sale for $1700. (Custom order, so my Veteran's discount would not be honored(?))2. Attempted to obtain color samples in order to select and make the purchase (No good)3. Made every effort to make the purchase while waiting for color samples to arrive (Home Depot said couldn't be done.)4. Got the color samples "after" the sale had ended.5. Was verbally told by Home Depot (Mohn) that they would honor the sale price.6. (Later) was verbally told by a manager that since Mohn didn't "note my account" they would only honor half of the sale price.7. End result: I spend an excessive amount of time attempting to make this purchase that included calls to Steve & Sons manufacturer and calls and visits to Home Depot in an attempt to give them my business.8. It is evident to me that they don't really want or care about my business.9. In the military, I was taught honor, integrity and service. Sure would be nice to find it at Home Depot.

Went in to buy scrap carpet. We were told by another employee to tell the cashier to scan the yellow tag. We told the lady at the front and she talked in circles bout how the tag never works even after we said okay multiple times. She had an attitude the entire time and when I finally said OKAY we got it she snapped even more and said to another employee "I can't deal with that" and walked away. If you're going to act like a child maybe don't work in customer service.

I would give it a 0 stars if I could. I ordered a fridge and I had to reschedule for it to be delivered today Saturday May 20th. I never got a confirmation. I called today and my fridge was never put on the truck. I had to reschedule for next Friday. If I didn't call I would have been sitting here waiting for my fridge. I so far have not had a fridge for over a week. Friday it will be 2 weeks. The guy on the phone was understanding, but he only could do so much. This is not ok. If I was not desperate I would cancel, but I cannot afford another fridge. I have been going out with fresh produce. This is not how you treat customers. Something needs to be done about the Sioux Falls SD warehouse.

They don't service lawn mowers, so if you buy one there and it stops working, you're in trouble. They don't really have a good option for you if you call. Pretty frustrating. Obviously a very nice store otherwise, with great selection.

I ordered a Milwaukee pack out kit through the website and It claimed it would show up in 2 days. Checked my tracking 2 days later and it show it was in the store. Called to make sure it showed up and it didn't. For the next 2 weeks I called every other day seeing if my kit showed up and nothing. The customer service was great but the fact that they couldn't get my kit to me or explain why the shipping was showing it was there. My other complaint about this location is that they never seem to have the Milwaukee product I needed. Most of my pack out stuff came from Fleet Farm or Northern tool because they had it on hand and wasn't even that odd of stuff. My local Ace hardware almost has a better selection of pack out products than this location.

Probably my last lumber purchase there. They have a lot of lumber but it is a challenge finding straight unwarped wood. Also fewer and fewer items are eligible for the veteran discount.

Promotes military discount, and when I purchased a less expensive item, the cashier said you don't get the discount because it is only given on much higher priced items. I even used their App, which they now require. This is hardly a friend to the military. MONEY IS MUCH MORE IMPORTANT! Have a great day. Oh, Lowes gives you the discount on Everything!
