Called Waterbury this morning as another big local outfit doesn't know how to schedule. 2 hours later Waterbury was at my house and already replacing my faucet. Great work. Great communication. Great price. HALF of the "other" guys quote. Highly recommended!

I was stoked to use this company for my furnace maintenance based off all the other reviews. My initial phone call was great but it went downhill from there. The first appointment I had scheduled there were "phone issues" so the tech showed up and left despite me saying there would be a key outside. A second appointment was scheduled with the same information but it still appeared to be unknown that I was leaving a key outside, this time I called to make sure he found it. The technician, I believe Johnny? was nice enough, got the job done. I was then charged for the work but received no receipt. I had to call for it. Disappointed in the office staff to say the least. I will also add upon checking the furnace, nothing was filled out as far as the service log to show it is up to date. I will be using another company in the future.Let's just add that the response to this review is defensive, reactive and uncalled for. I work in customer service and this is unreal. I am familiar with reviews/ surveys and that some aren't what you'd like to see WHICH is not the most fun BUT reviews are here to let other people know your experience. Had my experience been good I would have ranted and raved and given five stars. Being about everything went wrong with my experience, I left a rating based off that. If you don't want feedback on ways to improve, don't give people the opportunity. You are human, we all are and just as it was mentioned we will not always be perfect. Hence this review.

Excellent service. The employees that came to our house were not only friendly but answered any questions we had about the tub/shower replacement throughout the process. They kept everything extremely clean during the process. The person they work with to repair the sheet rock after the replacement was also 5 stars. We would definitely hire them again.

Very satisfied. The young lady performing the service work was very pleasant & spent a lot of time checking out the system & cleaning where necessary. Nothing is cheap anymore but I was much happier this year with the cost than I was previously with Comfort Heroes, which I verified was much higher in charges than what I would have been charged at Waterbury. I'm sticking with Waterbury.

I called these guys first because we had a good experience with our furnace/AC repair (a Costco deal) but We went with Prairie Sons for our Water Heater - it was quoted 600 less and they didn’t charge us ($120) for their initial house call. In their initial house call, Prairie sons actually tried replacing the thermocouple and pilot light at that appt to see if it was the problem, Waterbury just guessed at what it might be and didn’t try anything.

I’m so happy that I called Waterbury to clean out the ductwork in my house. It was done two days ago and I’m still not seeing dust on any furniture, or in the air as the sunlight beats in. I wish I had done the sooner. I finally feel like when I clean my house it will stay that way for a longer period if time!I would also like to add that the cost was very fair. It came in under the estimates of some of those offers made on neighborhood app sites.Very happy with their service(s)!

Recently purchasing a house in SF we have had the opportunity to use Waterbury’s services on numerous occasions. We have found them to be very helpful, professional and reasonably priced for the work done - from the nice ladies who answer the phone helping to accommodate appointments in a timely manner, to all the different contractors who have come to our home they have all been very respectful and do an excellent job. A shout out to Zach, one of the plumbers who has gone above and beyond to help us. We highly recommend them - thank you!

Had an issue and called late Monday morning. They could get me in Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday morning I received a call asking if they could come Tuesday morning - yay! Eric arrived and was super nice! He went through and fixed what was needed. What impressed me the most is he took pictures of the broken part to document and show me, and took the time to explain to me that we were close to having a flooded basement. He took the time to answer any questions and didn’t act like he had to hurry off to the next customer like so many other vendors. I love working with Waterbury team members!!!

Technician arrived earlier than expected which was great. Talked with him about replacing the old light fixtures with new ones, which took a bit longer due to older wiring and also asked him to check a "dead" outlet if he had time. He was able to get everything replaced and outlet working without any issues. Very professional. They have also replaced my HVAC system added a humidifier and water softener. All were great experiences. I will always recommend this company when ever I'm asked about who to use.Jeff H.

I will call Waterbury every time I have an A/C/furnace issue. Their customer service is next level. They are honest, knowledgeable, and timely. I just had an issue with my furnace. Ethan was the tech who showed up. Exceptional technician. Before he came he called to let me know he was on his way. When he got here, he put his boot covers over his shoes so he wouldn’t get the carpet dirty, which I appreciated. He then went on to fix the furnace.I’d venture to say that the majority of people aren’t versed in A/C/furnace maintenance. It would be very easy to “pull the wool over their customers eyes,” and charge them an arm and a leg for their services. But instead of doing that, Ethan went out of his way to try to find ways to save me money, as it was a relatively expensive fix, which he didn’t have to do.I have needed Waterbury’s services 4-5 different times over the years. Each time has been an all around exceptional experience.

I'm very pleased with the service I have received by the staff at Waterbury H&C Inc. they are very qualified in helping me in an emergency situation, they found me the best product for my home and are working to replace my furnace as quick as possible. I'd like to thank the receptionist, the service tech, and the sales consultant for their professionalism.I think if you need their service you won't find a better heating and cooling company in town.

If this were a review of the technician it would be 5 stars. He did a great job and was very helpful, however Waterbury’s billing is atrocious. I was charged $125 for a part that I later found out only costs $25.I’ve heard other stories like this about Waterbury and wish I would have listened.Waterbury is highly unethical when it comes to billing. But at least they employ some great techs.

Staff was very pleasant and willing to assist with setting up my furnace thermostat to my phone. We are part of the furnace warranty program. We feel it is a great value and our furnace is then checked every year.

I am always impressed with how quickly they get out to you when your heater or air conditioner have problems !The receptionist is so polite and helpful when you call .Always impressed with the courteous technicians.They have always been helpful and knowledgeable!Just wish the systems they installed worked as well as they do .I have “flukes”every seasonI bought a new system so I wouldn’t have to worry about the maintenance costs of an older system and I still do :(

Great service for Christmas weekend. I wish it wasn’t so expensive, but definitely understand the tech was on call. Would’ve appreciated some sort of discount since it was only 5 minutes. Regardless, Waterbury has knowledgeable people working for them- never had any issues.

We returned to our home from an extended absence to discover a weather related furnace breakdown in deep-frigid winter. Waterbury found a slot in their very busy schedule, Seth came out and diagnosed the problem, risked his health to cure the problem outside and we're back in warm comfort. We determined we needed a more permanent solution, come springtime. Within minutes Waterbury's office was phoning to assist in setting up a spring appointment. Been with Waterbury over 35 years, with repeated positive experiences.

Super awesome experience with these guys. My water heater started leaking Sunday. Called and left a message Sunday afternoon. I wanted to avoid the weekend charge, so I took a cold shower Monday morning. At work around 9:30, I get a call asking where my spare key is. 2ish hours later I get a "thank you for your business" email. I get home.l from work after 6:00 and my house is put back together and I have a new hot water heater! I never saw the service people, but THANK YOU!!!

Waterbury has been such an amazing company to work with. When we built our house, our contractor used them exclusively for all our electrical and plumbing needs. Recently Cody, from Waterbury, installed a whole home generator. Cody was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable about installing this unit. He kept my home and yard clear of debris, he placed wood on the grass where heavy equipment would be driven, removed the gate and a portion of my fence to gain access to the area that the generator would be installed and replaced it just like it was never touched. When a third party company came to do the coring and damaged two trees from the heat of their equipment, he reached out to them and my gardener to get them changed out, no charge to me.The office staff is equally as amazing. They are always so kind and thoughtful when talking to them on the phone. They contact me to schedule spring and winter maintenance keeping my heater and air conditioner in working order.I am so pleased with Waterbury.

On an incredibly cold winter evening our furnace surprisingly stopped working. An emergent visit from another company informed us the furnace was condemned and dangerous. We contacted Waterbury for an estimate on a new unit the next day. Although the visit was strictly to discuss a purchase, the sales rep: Kelly, offered to inspect the issue to verify it was condemned. He ultimately discovered a small issue that he quickly fixed allowing the furnace to function as expected. If you’re looking for thorough and ethical service, go with Waterbury!
