Yesterday I had 5 windows replaced by Window World. Dimitri and Alex did an outstanding job. They were clean neat and professional. I would highly recommend them if you need windows replaced or installed. Very happy with the end results !

Yesterday 1/10 was the the day our window was getting installed. There was a significant problem that arose (I will not share the details). My husband contacted Jeff late afternoon & Jeff instantly sent the install Manager Matt out! Matt patched up our old window and this morning 1/11 James & crew came out this morning, got our big bedroom window installed!We absolutely love how prompt Jeff was to get Matt sent out. Matt was very professional! James & his crew did a GREAT job installing our new window! Yay for a warm bedroom 😃.We definitely will be using Window World again for our next Window Project.

James, Will and Pip showed up on time, worked hard and fast. They made sure the windows went in and worked perfect. They cleaned things up and double checked everything else before they left. They cleaned up everything and were so professional and helpful when it came to showing how the windows worked and would go back to again if we ever needed windows in the house. INSTALLATION &WARRANTY…Several years ago we had windows and sliding doors replaced by Window World in Sioux Falls. At the time the installers were wonderful. They were on time and cleaned up after the install.We did call them back to adjust the closures on both sliding doors and the screens. They never did get that right…. We were told they couldn’t adjust anything else and we would have to ‘live with it’. 🤯😣Fast forward to October 2022. The door closures had gotten almost impossible to open or lock. I called Window World to try and get this problem solved. A service call was scheduled, under the lifetime warranty, and when the tech, Jesse, came, he was on-time, efficient, and polite. He told me what he thought was wrong and would have to order parts and it would be a week or so.We got a call from Jesse to return and replace the parts; parts installed and adjustments of the screen doors and IT ALL WORKS!!We are very happy with the repairs and would request Jesse if we need any other service/repairs in the future. 😃😃😃😃😃😃Service: General door repair

My apartment building used this contractor, and unprofessional is an understatement. They leave doors unlocked after finishing, leave nails behind on your carpet, break your blinds and deny responsibility, etc. Generally, they don't follow instructions at all.

Called for estimate to replace all windows and doors, timely response, Randy quoted and provided competitive bid and education on options. I have decided to accept their proposal and am purchasing. Will write additional review when job is completed. November 12, 2017: Job completed, 14 windows and doors total, all replaced, in on time, and on budget. Great work by the installers! This was a very positive experience for us and we are happy with our choices.

Good prices, decent windows, and they did a good job on installation, but the rest of the process was a little weak. If I could have done 3.4, that's where I'd put them. We were on a timeline so we were persuaded to sign and put half down right away with the promise the windows would be ordered same day. I heard nothing for over three weeks, so I called to check status, and found out the order wasn't placed until 13 days after our money down, which pushed installation back beyond what we were promised. Then that was delayed because of a delivery truck issue, and the installation stretched from the promised half day to three days because of installer availability and additional parts or something. In the end, we got decent windows for a great price, but the process isn't the smoothest...

Good quality windows for thousands less than the competitors we quoted with. Had a few hiccups with installation, part due to weather, part due to personnel, but overall the lead installer Jeff did a good job and happy with the experience overall.

We got a sliding glass door from them and it went perfectly! We absolutely love it so we decided to get two kichen windows. This is a HUGE deal for us since we do not have alot of money. Two guys showed up in the scheduled day but it was immediately apparent only one of them knew what he was doing. It was bad. The one guy had NO CLUE how to do his job and was completely uneducated on the job. They took ALL day just to do ONE window and had to come back the next day. Luckily my husvhus could take ANOTHER dat off work. They were scheduled be to be at iuo house at 8am. Around 10 am they still were not there so we called and the "boss" had no clue . Finally late in the afternoon they showed up and got the 2nd window in .It was rough going since the one uneducated one was useless and they damaged our kitchen wall pretty badly......no apologies I might add.It was a very bad experience and we will go to another pkpla for our living room Windows. They don't care and there in NO customer service...,we had to request a receipt twice a few weeks later.Bad business. Will tell anyone who asks me.

Windows were poor quality. Very loose in the window frame and difficult to open, close and lock. They were cheaper than the competition but in hind sight I wished I would have paid more and got better quality. Called to add more light to a room. Installers came out and installed smaller windows than we had to start with, charged me top dollar and than used non paintable caulk for their finish work on the inside of house! Called multiple times no response. Worst service ever!Service: Window installation
