Horrible customer service skills.. If u need help finding something or just help in general they act lost. Ur better off asking a monkey for help.. My money will be Spent at Bells hardware from here on out.. I think Bells should send some of there guys to Alamo..

I had a guy throw my item on the counter and also my money. He did not slide it he threw it down. I was shocked ive been in there several times before but never anyone been this rude. I said thank u no respond no nothing he turned away from me and walked off.

Tried to get several keys made for a local city hall office. Was told they would order the blanks. Came back 2 weeks later and they had not ordered them. Said they would order them that day. Came back a month later and they still did not have the key blanks. The owner's son said he didn't order them because he didn't need anything else from that company. The owner said "must have fell through the cracks". Bad business. Stay away.
