Outstanding sales consultation with Megan Dockery! She was extremely knowledgeable about the product and about all of the general construction issues that I was concerned about on our old gutter system. Megan Dockery a sales Rep came to my house to give me an estimate on work I needed done . She was very polite and demonstrated different guttering systems. She explained everything to a Tee where it was easy to understand and she answered any and all questions I had to my satisfaction. I was so pleased with her and the presentation she gave, that I would recommend anyone to give them a try.If the rest of their Reps are as good and friendly as she was they'll need more help for their business just to keep up with the demands.

We had an estimator out for a quote on gutter repair, which they said they could do. After an inspection of our gutter system, it became increasingly clear that he was going to recommend a complete new gutter. However, the estimator INSISTED that he do a 30-45 minute sales presentation. I did not need to be sold on his system and asked that we review his quote. He ignored my request and continued his canned and scripted presentation. After a few mire minutes if this canned presentation, again asked if we could go directly to the and discuss what was needed. He said that he could not, and he was required to complete the presentation. At this point, I ended his presentation and asked him to leave. It is incredible to me that he would ruin a possible sale by insisting on a lengthy canned Presentation. It was only then that he informed me that they did not do any gutter repair, and that they only sold complete gutter systems. I think this is extremely poor customer service and I would never do business with this company in the future.

Leafguard representative, Seath Bryan , did an excellent job in providing in-depth information and answering all of our questions concerning the installation of leafguard. Very professional.Additionally, we chose to install Leafguard and the installation crew were amazing, courtesy and did an exemplary job of installing the gutters. After the installation, all trash was removed and the area was implacably clean. Thank you, 5 stars each for the installers as well.

BEWARE. My father, who is 86, disabled, and on 24/7 morphine pain killers, was sold a $12,000 gutter package (for a small house). The salesman got him to sign a loan agreement (at 26% interest)!My dad ( under heavy medication) thought he had paid $1700 for the gutters — not $12000! Over- priced gutters, and shameful business practices! Disgusting!
