We purchased a 2023 Wildwood Heritage Glen at Bankston Motor Homes of Ardmore, we would highly recommend you ask for Christopher Johnson as your sales rep. He did a great job at answering all of our questions ( I had a lot 😂) and if he didn’t have the answer he found someone that did. Chris made sure we felt at home and made the purchase process a breeze. Mr Frank also did an amazing job at showing us all the ins and outs of this beautiful fifth wheel. We ran into a small paperwork issue, and Bankston of Ardmore was quick to address it and we still got to bring the camper home and close the deal on the day we were suppose to. We are very pleased with our experience with everyone at Bankston Motor Homes in Ardmore, TN. Chris, Barry and Melissa were very informative, easy to work with and were definitely excellent problem solvers!! This is our first camper and they helped us each step of the way. If and when we decide to upgrade, we will definitely visit Bankston first. They have a great selection of RVs and definitely ones to suit just about everyone in the market. We took ours out this weekend and had a wonderful time. We cannot wait for the next three day weekend.

It was definitely an interesting purchase to say the least. Our salesman Chris Johnson was outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. We had a few problems after the sale was complete but he made sure we were always in the loop with information. To be honest he probably went further than he needed to help us after the sale was completed. If your going to buy a camper from them definitely go see him in Ardmore.We purchased a 2024 Keystone Cougar 320RDS and we are thrilled with it. The pre delivery man Frank was awesome with our delivery. He made sure we did not leave there without knowing how everything worked on the new unit. Also a shout out to our delivery driver Larry who delivered our unit to our home. He also went above and beyond in the delivery to make sure everything was good before he left us.

Good experience buying a camper here.We bought a used 2018 Kodiak to live in while building a house. They were upfront about the camper and selling as-is, but still let me test everything before buying. A few months in, still no issues.The sales staff were about average from any dealership. Nothing special. The front service desk lady can be a little rude at times. The price wasn’t great on the camper - but it was acceptable. They wouldn’t budge at all from slightly above book value.The mechanic guy that shows how to use everything after you buy one was very helpful and nice, and seemed happy to help.They also helped me out quickly to resolve a paperwork issue when I went to register the camper.Lastly, it’s a small gesture for customers, but they sent a neat little care package a few months after our purchase, with coffee cups and cookies. Just something neat they do that I’ve never had from a dealership.

Sent our RV in for warranty work. The Ardmore lot keep our RV for 3 months after stating it would be 2-4 week repairs. They didn’t complete the warranty work that was needed. We went and picked it up after 3 months with promised delivery of finished work but never received any updates or anything from them. It’s been 2 months since we picked it up. I’m sure they have forgotten about us. I would never buy anything from them again. Yes this is a honest and a horrible review.

Overall good experience. Do not expect for them to negotiate. Our sales gal Vicky told us flat out they would not come down on the price. Just know this going in. She was helpful when she noticed we were torn between two. One was better built than the other. The other seemed more spacious but did not have as good of quality. We were thankful for her honesty. We went with the one built to last longer. Richy the RV tech did an amazing job with the two hour tour. We were new to this and he really explained a ton to us! Even walked us through things to have on hand. They should really give him a raise! We had an issue with a part and the owner was quick to have us back and make it right, no questions asked. They seem to really take pride in what they do. We are satisfied with our purchase and the service offered by the dealership.

Not impressed. I had chatted on line with Rep prior to arrival but model wasn't available in Ardmore only in Huntsville. The Rep we got wasn't sure of what was in stock or not. Very fidgety and attempted to search which I had already done and he didn't listen to our needs and kept showing models that weren't what we were looking for. I would not recommend not very knowledgeable of inventory.

We live 5 miles from 4 major camper dealerships and drove 2 hours to get a camper from Bankston in Ardmore and we were glad we did.Richie who did our walk through was awesome. He spent over 2.5 hours with us answering questions and teaching us everything about our new camper. When he installed the hitch he took the time to make sure I understood how to use it going forward.We really appreciated the white glove service he provided.Thanks Richie for a great experience!

If you are looking for a RV, 5th Wheel or any kind of camper....you are cheating yourself BIG TIME if you don't check out Bankston Motor Homes. I looked for over a month and saved listings from Marketplace and other Dealerships, so when our insurance money came in, we would have some choices. I happened to see Bankston Motor Homes pop up on my screen while doing my usual search and I clicked on them and MAN, WAS I GLAD I DID! Not only did I find the exact floor plan I was looking for, found it for 10,000.00 cheaper than where I was going to consider buying from and had the best time with the sales lady, Lisa Winninger. She went above and beyond my expectations of what she could do. I was worried about credit scores on a larger camper and immediately thought we wouldn't be able to get it and would have to go with the cheaper of the two (way smaller too), but she assured me that we were going to work on getting the one we wanted until we exhausted ALL options she had, 5 hours later we had an approval and all paperwork done very quickly. I am now the proud owner of a 42' 5th wheel that is exactly what we wanted and a whole lot cheaper too. This was a fantastic buying experience. From the initial call to the after-sale follow ups, it felt like I was the only customer they needed to talk to at that moment. My salesman, Bryan Milliken, picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the dealership where my RV was ready and waiting out front with red carpet service...literally! All the paperwork was ready, and after an orientation of the systems on the RV, I was on my way back home in no time. Bryan and all the folks at Bankston made this very easy. bankston made us Happy We just bought us a camper in Admore Not knowing a lot, We ran in to LISA She was great and made sure we were happy😍 Everyone was nice and comfortable there Something you don't feel in many businesses anymore Well it has been a year since we bought our camper No problems right after we had to take it back for a fuel something They were not yet prepared yet for it but they worked until they got it so no problems we have pulled it good in hills, storms, cold The camper is solid insulated great good sturdy pull we couldn't be happier No leaks just great so glad we had Lisa she knows her stuff We have ran into 2 more Bankston Motor home people Very nice people happy with their campers also

13 DECEMBER UPDATE:STILL waiting on repairs we were promised. Had a third party RV inspector verify the water damage and mold in October and Bankston supposedly ordered the replacement parts (including a whole new bedroom wall, window, frame, and mattress) 2 months ago, no Ray won’t return the repair company’s or my phone calls. At this point we are hiring a lawyer to sue.03 OCTOBER UPDATE:Our motorhome was finally delivered on 25 September. Upon our inspection we found the bed frame, wall connected to the bed frame, and the bottom of the mattress (partially encased in plastic) were wet. The mattress was molded through, and the frame and wall were growing mold. Bankston claims to have no idea any of that was missing during their pre-delivery inspection, but it is more than obvious that no inspection was done. There is also a ripped screen and a spill dried on the bedroom floor. They (Corporate) were so apologetic about messing up our delivery that they promised to personally ensure the vehicle was cleaned and delivered to us with a full tank. I thought that was a standard good business practice, but obviously that is extra at Bankston. We were informed today (10/3) someone will be coming to inspect the damage and write up an estimate on 16 OCTOBER. That is one month after they received our check to purchase the motorhome. The repair company tells us they estimate cleaning the black mold and completing the repairs about mid-NOVEMBER.MY ADVICE IS ONLY BUY FROM THIS COMPANY (IN ALABAMA OR TENNESSEE) IF YOU ARE LOCAL AND CAN PERFOM YOUR OWN INSPECTIONS AND DO NOT DEPEND ON THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.I live in North Carolina, and I called the Tennessee location to buy a specific motor home. They gave me a phenomenal price, so I called my bank and got the loan. The second conversation with the salesman was about how far they could deliver the RV because I got tickets for a UGA football game for my birthday. He told me they could deliver the week of September 18th, definitely the 21st. 4 days later, once they had the check, the finance manager assured me we will scheduled for delivery on the 21st. Based on that I spent $325 to reserve a spot for the weekend. Then, I spent $1100 on supplies for our new RV and our weekend trip. Mid- morning of the 21st I texted the salesman to verify our RV was on its way and received a text back that it was NOT. So after taking the day off work to be home to receive the RV I call them. I was told the sales manager on WEDNESDAY decided we would be good to get it delivered Friday evening and then took Thursday off. No one asked us, called us, nothing. The only thing they had to do was deliver the RV as soon as possible, i stressed that multitudes. Of course everyone is sorry, but I’m out over $2000 and still waiting for my paid for RV. To add insult to injury the sales manager who took it upon himself to change my delivery and ruin everything tells me to make up for it he’s going to make sure the drivers drop the RV off with a full tank of gas. That was my expectation in the first place. You were honestly planning to deliver (I paid $2500 for delivery) with an empty tank???? After all this I would still tell you their price was $35k less than any place around me.

Service guys were extremely helpful. Like I said. Newbies here. They walked us through everything. Other places we have gone to acted like it was inconvenient to look at more than what they wanted to show. Thanks guys

We purchased a 2023 Surveyor Legend 203RKLE from Lisa in December. Being a newbie to RVing, I was a bit intimidated to say the least. Lisa was patient and helped up with our purchase every step of the way. As for the travel trailer, this thing is amazing. I used it locally to gain some confidence and last week headed to Valley of the Gods in Utah for the eclipse. My Surveyor preformed flawlessly, in spite of taking it through some very rough county. Zero issues! I highly recommend Bankston and the Surveyor line. Thank you Lisa for helping us become RVers.

I purchased an Intech Sol Dawn from Bankston Motor Homes several months ago. I am from out of state and worked with Vicky over the phone and email. She was great to work with and answered all of my questions. We agreed on a price and I put a deposit down and waited for the rv to come in. On pickup day, Jonathan was fantastic to work with and was very patient answering all my questions during our walk through. He assisted me with setting up the wdh and teaching me how the brake controller works. Aubrey, the finance manager, was also a pleasure to work with. I could not have asked for a better experience purchasing an rv.
