Daniel from Comfort Specialist heating and cooling came out to diagnose and fix an issue with my furnace and evaporation system. Daniel quoted less than half the price and was able to resolve the issue in less than 24 hours. My very old AC died so my wife and I started getting quotes from about 6 or 7 HVAC installers in and around Madison. We met with Cain for a quote and he took his time with us, unlike most of the other installers who just wanted to rush us into a decision. Cain didn't necessarily offer the lowest price but what really sold us is how he took his time to explain everything to us, provide us all of the options and make sure we felt comfortable with the amount of money we were spending. We had him do some custom work, moving the condenser to a different spot and installing a mini-split in our expansion. During installation he discovered our existing ducts were very damaged and dirty from age but took the liberty of cleaning and repairing them free of charge! Additionally, he was able to improve airflow from our vents and even replaced our worn out crawlspace door with a new and very high quality door which he made himself! We now have a brand new HVAC system for the house and a new mini-split for our expansion, both of which I am very happy with. Out of four quotes I was given to replace my heat pump and duct system, They were the least expensive and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. Cain, the owner is very knowledgeable and made sure I was happy with the work. Originally, Jaron came out and gave me the quote. He answered all of my questions, and there were many.The workers that did the install were kind and courteous, always cleaning up their mess behind them. I would highly recommend them and will use them for any future needs in this area.

Comfort Specialists is my go-to HVAC services provider! I had them jnstall a new heat pump about 18 months ago. It developed an issue a few weeks ago that could not be resolved. So Cain explained to the manufacturer, and was able to convince the manufacturer to replace the unit, at no cost to me. These guys came to the house for a regular service call to do maintenance on system. They then told me I needed a new unit and it would be so much. When asked what was wrong with my unit they proceeded to show me pictures of what all was wrong, clogged drain, corroded contacts, faulty fan motor, rusted through coil. Ultimately they lied about the whole thing and that the pictures they showed me wasnt of my system. Please be cautious using these guys services. I'm sure they will say I'm not even a customer because I never actually hired them luckily I discovered the truth before.Service: Heating system maintenance

A/C went out on July 3rd at 9pm wasn't sure if I could find any one to come on the 4th of July called Comfort Specialist at 7 left message call was returned in about 20 minutes was told someone would contact me with in an hour by 9:30 my A/C was fixed everyone was was very helpful and professional. Will be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone!!

AWESOME SERVICE! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! WILL USE AGAIN!They installed a vent duct in my kitchen for the range hood fan. The owner, Cain Fralix, recommended a better (and less expensive) solution than what I planned originally. Saved me a ton of $$$! And were able to get the whole job done in a couple of hours. Quotes from 3 other licensed HVAC companies were at least double what Cain Fralix gave me. ***PLUS***They offer an annual HVAC service contract for two units twice/yr for just $69 TOTAL! Hard to believe I know. Call them and ask for yourself. I canceled my other service contract immediately and went with Comfort Specialists.
