They sprayed our home in 1 day and did some clean up as well,in total the job took about 1.75 days which I though was quick! They traveled 2 hours to get to us and gave us a very fair price ( I got several quotes, some were $10,000 more!) Mark is a great owner, very responsive, great customer service. This review is for a contract to spray 3 inches of closed cell spray foam in my roof deck.The team was on time and did quality work. The owner was very responsive and answered all of my questions. Prep was good, covered up pretty much everything against foam over spray. The crew was very accommodating especially when i bugged them to retrieve some tools i needed for an ongoing exterior job. The only things preventing a 5 star review were:-Foam leaked outside the building in a few places and will need to be scraped off.-Some items were not fully covered and received over. I partially blame myself for this as the garage area was full of items.I wish there were half stars, 4.5 stars all day.The best testament to my satisfaction is that I will hire them again for my walls when I'm ready.

A few years ago I extensively researched and built my own home. One area of particular interest to me was energy efficiency. With that, I decided spray foam insulation would be the best choice. After reviewing several other insulation contractors, Epiphany was the most knowledgeable. Their team had great communication and coordination as well as a giant truck to do the work. It took just a couple days and the whole house was spray foamed, trimmed and ready for drywall. The amount of efficiency even exceeded our expectations. We tried to tell the HVAC company that we needed a smaller unit but they insisted they had right sized our system. Well, after a year we realized that we probably needed about half of the air-conditioning and heating power that we thought. The spray foam insulation is just ridiculously efficient. In addition to the incredible efficiency and low energy bills the house is much quieter than a standard house. This is an area most people overlook. Having a quiet house so you don’t hear traffic noise or other lawnmowers etc. is really a huge benefit. The house just feels more solid with spray foam. One negative, but folks often overlook is that your house is so tight you can run low on fresh air. A family of four produces a lot of carbon dioxide and produces a whole lot of humidity from normal cooking bathing and breathing. If you’re building new or retrofitting and decide to encapsulate the whole house… Get a whole house dehumidifier with fresh air intake. It took us a couple of years to figure this out but when we went back and put in a fresh air intake with whole house dehumidifier things are now perfect. This is probably the most comfortable and energy-efficient house I’ve ever lived in and thanks to Mark and his crew.

We built our first home in 2011. We did a LOT of research on efficiency and cost of different types of insulation. After calling Epiphany Foam Insulation, Mark High came and walked us through the process and made sure he answered all our questions. He took his time and we NEVER felt hurried or pressured. It has been 6 years now and we tell everyone that having Epiphany Foam insulate our home was THE BEST decision we made. Our home is over 3200 sq feet. We keep our thermostat at 72 deg. Our electric bill this summer was between $85 to $120. A couple winters ago we had a snow/ice storm lasting almost 2 weeks. We could not get propane delivered and electricity was out for a couple days. Our wood stove in the basement easily kept our 3 story home between 68-70 deg...our winter electric bill is between $95- $120...all due to Epiphany Foams insulation. Again, It was THE BEST decision we made in building our home. Thank You

Contacted Mark, had him come and quote job. I was very clear in what I wanted. Agreed to let him do the job. They came out, completely destroyed my custom project. They where supposed to spray in between oak rafters in the ceiling. They completely sprayed over them 3-4 inches. To try to please me they scraped the ceiling flush with the rafters and agree to paint the ceiling in a fire rated paint. They came out, didn't cover the finished floors at all and sprayed the ceiling. This is the actual owners who did this, completely covered my floors with over spray. Not just talking about dusting, globs of paint. They drug there hose through it, and walked through it. We have spend weeks trying clean it. The foam product it fine but would not recommend Mark out of Nashville.

I waited for a few months to give a honest evaluation. I had Epiphany Foam come to my mother's home in March she wanted her attic insulated. This is a realitvly new home but she planned to store items there that could be damaged from the heat of summer. I spoke to Jimbo he was very friendly and helpful answering all of my questions about this project. I was not very knowledgeable about spray foam insulation but after talking to Jimbo I knew I came to the right person. His crew was very thorough and completed the job in about 7 hours they covered everything in plastic so no damage was done. I reviewed the electric bill before and after and so far I have noticed a $50. Plus drop in electricity usage per month. The temps have been between 35 degrees to 90 degrees since March. The attic has maintained a comfortable temp even with the 90 degree day. I will use Epiphany Foam again. Thanks for a great experience.

Epiphany did the insulation on our older, existing home 3 years ago. Our combined winter months utility bill (gas + electric) went from an average of $581 per month to $294. I estimate I've saved ~$4,000 in 3 years, which comes close to having paid for the foam installation. Great guys to work with! Also, they beat the estimate from the competition.

We got quotes from 3 different companies to spray our attic. Epiphany was the only company that explained to us that to meet code we would have to add venting to our attic because there was a gas fired HVAC system in the attic. The other companies either did not know of the building requirements or didn’t bother to tell us of them. Epiphany was not the lowest priced quote we received but they got the job since they seemed to know how the job should be done. They came in and were done in one day, cleaned up after the job and the difference in the attic is amazing. Even in the heat of summer you can go into the attic storage space and not be knocked down by the heat. Even on the hottest days it is only in the 80s in the attic.

The only negative was the crawl space was done a little more of a quick and dirty fashion, and a few spots on the roof could be a hair shy of thickness negotiated.
