Brandon was informative and experienced in all aspects of roofing! The guys who came where very respectful and efficient they made the job so much more easy than I imagined! The lady in the office was also very nice when I first called and they got Brandon out here for the initial estimate the same day I called. I highly recommend Summit Roofing. We had delays due to insurance company but Joey, Josh, and Micheal stayed on top of it. Once insurance was dealt with, they had it done fast! Great job, great crew. Our house is old and large with a steep pitch, it amazed us just watching them work. They took very good care of us, my plants had no damage even though we were expecting some and they were great a cleaning up. Our roof looks wonderful and it’s awesome not having to worry about any leaks now. I was impacted by the storms that hit West Tennessee back in Early April, subsequently losing many shingles off the roof of my home. I didn't even have to be home for his initial overview, and Randall expertly handled meeting with my insurance rep to make sure I got the proper coverage I needed. When it became clear that it was time for a new roof on my parent's home, I began the daunting task of interviewing companies to complete the task. As a member of the trades, I am very discerning and look closely for pure salesmanship vs actual knowledge. Josh with Summit was the guy I was hoping to meet. He had no problem walking the roof with me and discussing their full process and materials without pushing hard just to sell something. Communication was timely and constant. Their bid was fair and offered an excellent list of workmanship warranties. They use quality material and the crew that did the work cannot be spoken highly enough of. They went to great lengths to ensure all tear off debris was removed and worked diligently, starting at 6:30am and working until after dark the first day, then finishing around noon the next day. They were extremely thorough in replacing any damaged decking and worked well as a team to get the job done quickly and professionally. If you ever find yourself in need of a new roof, do yourself a favor and talk to these guys. They really are one of the best in the area.

Summit installed a roof on my mom's house in Covington TN. They showed up on time and got it done in one day for a reasonable price. After the wind/hail storm that hit our neighborhood in Atoka, I contacted Summit Roofing and Randall showed up on time and ready to help. They took pictures of the damage, helped me contact my insurance company, assisted with the claims process making it all as painless as possible. I recently had Summit take over an insurance claim another contractor could not manage. So I was very skeptical of the roofing process. However Josh from Summit came out and walked me through everything that was needed and how he would propose managing the project. He did not try to pressure me into doing anything that I wasn’t comfortable with, which put me at ease. Most importantly Josh and his team stayed in contact the whole time and even responded to questions on the weekend. I had the good fortune of meeting Randall from Summit Roof and Restoration Inc when replacing my roof. Although young, I was very impressed with the knowledge Randall showed of the roofing business, the insurance side and what I needed to know and do to get the job done. Randall arrived on time to inspect my roof for damage, took lots of pictures and even went in my attic to see how far the roof damage went. Randall made sure I understood everything before making my decision to hire them. The workers started early in the morning and left at dark after completing the whole roof, cleaning up and checking for metal nails & screws. Eric from Summit Roofing did a wonderful job with my roof replacement project! He is a straight shooter. He will honestly tell you what's going on and give you a fair price. He took the time to explain things in detail and talk me through the insurance claims process as someone who didn't know hardly anything about how all of that would go down prior to talking with him. He didn't make big promises or rush me into a decision. He also helped me see through some less-than-ideal things that were being suggested to me by a few other sources.The Summit crew got the job done quickly and with a very high level of quality. He and the other gentleman in the first visit were professional, knowledgable, and respectful of me, never dismissing my limited experiences on which I would base my questions or thoughts.
