Shane and his crew have been so helpful with our pool this year. They replaced our pool liner and there are no wrinkles. It looks so great! we have been having trouble with our pump also and they were able to get over right away and make sure everything is working correctly. We did tons of research before we decided to go with paradise. They were very responsive, always respond to text or calls. They came out to the house and looked at what we had and gave us a great price. Use our research to your advantage! Go with paradise I promise you won’t regret and you will save tons of money over others! We got a custom pool with in ground spa that’s beautiful and quality is not even a question. Regarding another review, concrete is something that is not done directly by paradise. This is standard in the industry. It’s done by a reliable concrete company that they have changed companies to within the last several years and they do top quality work! Very seldomly issues happen pouring concrete around disturbed ground but sometimes they do and anyone tells you otherwise is lying! However, paradises system minimizes issues over others such as their walls and type of backfill they use.they will fix it and make it right! I’ve heard experiences from other companies and can’t say the same for them.go with paradise!
