The guys who did the work were really nice. Please note that we live in AZ and it was still really easy to work with them.

We had energy one spray foam our house in Gainesboro. They were the most professional contractor we have used on the whole project. Their crew was friendly, fast and professional. Very good guys that came and sprayed my foam insulation. Did great work and were very friendly. They did great quality work and left with everything very clean. I never leave reviews but I thought this time they deserved it. Great Job fellas! Would score a zero if it was an option.They were timely and nice people during the quote process. However the good part of the review ends there.After waiting for weeks on end for them to give me an actual date for them to come and actually do the work we had to cancel due to severe snowfall and ice in the area (8 inches of snow and about a 4th of an inch of ice)Was told by their worker he was worried about the weather as well and was glad we canceled.Spent the next 2 weeks with ZERO success getting them on the phone, or getting them to return a voicemail or text.. even waved around the fact that I have a 3, 000 check in hand for the work.I understand people get behind sometimes but for crying out loud, returning a phone call and letting your customers know what is going on shouldn't be a fight.Don't waste your time.____________________________________________________The owner commented on my review below and mentioned several things that are factually incorrect, so as as they felt the need to respond. I will as well.Firstly, they responded to my review less than an hr after I made it, after days and days on end of zero communication, despite multiple multiple phone calls, texts and voice mails. Being more worried about your Google review than your customer is not a good way to do business.Secondly, we absolutely did NOT have 2 schedulings, we had a discussion about what day would be the best day for them to come out and I mentioned I would rather do a weekend as I would have to close my business if we scheduled during the week.Then after several weeks of being told "I'll give you a call and give you a date " I finally got a date for the work.We had 1 date scheduled, and 1 only.

I needed a small cabin ceiling sprayed and they went above and beyond my expectations! They did a great job working with me on my crazy time line. Good price for a small job! I highly recommend them.

Had Kyle and his crew come Foam my whole house 4 to 6 in of closed cell in walls and like 10 to 12 open cell in attic roof, way more foam then I payed for. They do fast neat work had plastic down through out whole house for easy clean up, would recommend. He also came out and Incapsulated the crawlspace nothing but professional work, you can eat off the floor down there. Great guys.
