They don't have much like the other stores do, and the customer service desk was not able to help me with a battery exchange. I had to drive all the way to collierville to exchange a truck battery. The check out lines are usually long, but the store is clean and neat.

WalMart is WalMart. It is clean, well organized, friendly people, and you can find whatever you need. The only mild complaint I have is the clearance section...98 cents off, 2 cents off, etc. Not much of a clearance, really.But I return to this location frequently.

Bolivar, Tennessee had a Walmart supercenter . Was a older one hard wood floors. My hats off to them store was very clean and well organized. All lanes were manned and they were very fast and friendly. Nice wish all was as great as this one was. Great job. Thank you for your service.

It's ok the self checkout took over 300 on my bank card which I had the receipt to prove it but the service desk refused to pay it back or do anything until I got I'll about it finally after half an hour they returned it .

Worst walmart ever!!! Just so you know you are a theif if you choose not to show your receipt. There is a little short girl that stands on the entrance to the fruit and vegetables, I can't stand to see her. I purposely not show my receipt to her. She had the nerve to pull back my basket while I exited. I forcefully pulled her and the basket. She stays on her phone and when she see me all of a sudden the intercom comes on to scan all isle. Too funny!!! Not a policy in the handbook that you have to show a receipt at the door, and if I got to work for walmart and scan my own merchandise you very well may owe me a grape or ✌

Credit card hacked at self checkout. Went to let them know what happened. Told to file police report. Asked for manager, told she would tell me the same. Talked to manager and was told that they knew they were hacked. They don't ask for card pins at checkout any more either forcredit card or debit card purchases.

Best Walmart I have been to in a long time. I was looking at the summer dresses and the lady working the area thought the dress may be less and scanned it for price check. Not only was it on sake but she also marked it so I wouldn't have problems at the checkout. Wonderful

Getting frustrated here, did a WM Pick-up a few times recently and found that most things that are labeled as Out-of-Stalk and/or 2+/3+ days shipping can be found in store and doesn't need to be shipped at all. The only reason why I am still rating it this high is because the employees really are the greatest.

Worst Walmart ever. Dirty restrooms IF they’re even open. Employees treat the family restroom like the employee restroom because they don’t want to see the regular restrooms. (Then they would have to explain willfully leaving them so nasty. This location intentionally gouges prices far above other nearby Walmart’s. Produce is frequently pre rotten! Save your time drive to Jackson.

Please don't make me laugh. It's Walmart, what do you expect? Nice and rude employees, going out of their way to not help, only 4 lanes open and self checkout, you will be looked at like a freak by everyone, including other customers. It don't matter if you're put together or not.

It would be a better experience if they had enough scooters to accommodate the handicapped. There's 4 not working just sitting here in the store. Nothing gets done about it unless I call Bentonville.The empty shelves are causing me to have to go to other places to find what I need.

Had a sams gift card.went to self check,where the bar code would not scan. I looked around there were six workers In corner laughing And talking ,when one finally came over ,I asked her to put my card in manually, she refused telling me if it don't scan, it done work then argued with me you can't use sams card at walmart.i have done this many times.

Stopped there today and the shopping carts should be in a scrap yard. The chicken breast wasn't up to par either. Needs bigger self checking stations where you can put your groceries on them. This place used to be a good place shop, don't know what's happened to it through out the years.

I came in today intending to just buy a cheap phone and memory card. I asked twice for someone to be called to electronics and waited a good 45 minutes. Long story short i left without anything i wanted. I live more than 30 minutes away so i just effectively wasted about 2 hours of my life. Thanks.

Hooray for senior hour! Yes its early but great to stay social distance. Store was very clean, friendly check out. It was a very nice experience for someone who doesn't want to take unnecessary chances of getting covid-19. Few items not in stock but overall better than a month ago. Thanks Walmart.

I am still not sure if this is the one I visit two weeks ago however I did go to a Walmart I think 2 weeks ago I have problems with my memory but if it was the one on 48th and Cottage Grove it would help if they have more stock people because a lot of time I go there to shop a lot of the food they don't have and the ice cream they're not by they self most of them don't stock up on ice cream that's a comfort food for me however I was pleased to know that they had open up more cash registers because you you would be there easily 2 hours at one cash register the self-help cash register are good if you're not buying vegetables that has to be waived a lot of people have people bringing them to the store have Pace buses bringing them to the store and they are on a time limit it is all so tiresome for the cashiers that have to stand at that counter for as long as they do taken a lot of attitudes cuz people are tired and people are angry because they had to stand in line for so long I am pleased to see how well they handle it but sometimes you can get scary because the cashiers do not deserve that attitude they're getting they're only doing their job and doing it well and I hate to see when people curse them out for something they have no control over just to wrap it would be good to get more stock guys on the floor

Average store that's always lacking core products. Too many empty shelves and I along with others noticed prices increasing all the time. Courteous friendly employees are the only reason I give it 3 stars
