Love this company! Rob came out and used a drone for my 2 story house. He communicated with my insurance adjuster to make sure everything was covered. The crew came out to replace my roof and did it in one day. They stayed late to ensure it was finished since we had a chance of rain the next day. The crew was very friendly and hard working. They had excellent communications and let me know what was going on every step of the way. They did a wonderful job cleaning up.

Trey Palmer was wonderful during our experience getting a new roof on our 2,000 sqft home. I’ve worked with many roofing companies, as a Realtor, and Nashville Roofing Company definitely stood out among the crowd. My roof damage was quickly assessed, I was given a formal quote and was presented the quote, in person, by Trey himself. He explained everything thoroughly and was able to clearly explain why their quote beat other competitors. Our roof was installed in a timely fashion and Trey was extremely helpful dealing with insurance company. The final product was excellent and our quote was in line with the final expense. Trey even helped us aquire more money from the insurance company than they originally allocated. As a real estate agent who works with contractors on a daily basis - I am extremely satisfied with this experience and I will be recommending Nashville Roofing Company to all my future clients.

We had several shingles ripped off of our roof causing a small leak after some strong storms/tornados came through our area. Our insurance company was supposed to send someone to tarp it, but that company never showed on the day they were supposed to come. With more rain coming within 24-48 hours, we were scrambling. Trey was able to get someone to us and had 3 spots (2 of which we didn’t even know about) tarped within 12 hours of contacting NRC. He also provided the info on how to have our insurance cover the charge. Highly recommend this company!

Nashville roofing company came to me on a referral from a friend, after I had been working with another company that had poor communication as well as lack of interest in securing a leak prior to the last snowfall a month ago with that company.Rob showed up on time, as scheduled to introduce the employees, who were outstanding. The very price quoted, including adding ridge vents and repairing promptly what started the water damage to the inside was very reasonable.I ended up going ahead with a full new roof as I felt they were honest and trustworthy, which they proved to be true with their dedicated employees and overly efficient work! I worked with Rob McDonald throughout replacing my roof after the storms hit hard in Nashville. Rob was personable and didn't try selling me something I didn't need. He was very helpful throughout the insurance claim process and ensured that I wouldn't get charged more than what the insurance company quoted for the repairs on my home. I also got upgraded. I had gotten quotes from 2 other roofing companies, and they tried selling me more than what the insurance company quoted and stuff I didn't need. Nashville Roofing Company communicated well throughout the process, and any questions I had, Rob was more than happy to help and answered quickly. Many companies try to scam you, and I am telling you that Nashville Roofing Company is not that company! I highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs.

Working with Nashville Roofing Company was the best home repair experience I have ever had. They were so friendly and responsive. They inspected my roof the same day I called, and scheduled the repair at my earliest convenience. My insurance adjuster missed a whole section of roof in his inspection, and they worked directly with him to get his estimate corrected.They did the job quickly and beautifully, and left the perimeter of my house cleaner than it was when they got there. I couldn't imagine a better experience. I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family, and if I ever need roof replacement again, I will call them without hesitation.

We had a EPDM rubber roof installed on our low slope patio structure. They did an excellent job and completed it in about 8 hours. They cleaned up and leftover materials were picked up the following day on a follow-up quality inspection. Roofing companies have been very busy in Nashville after the tornado and storms we've had recently so we were very happy with Nashville Roofing Company's ability to get to our job. I recently had a roof replacement and worked with Nashville Roofing Co. and it was a very easy process. I filled out the online form and within 15 minutes, had received a call from Rob, and he came out the same day for a roof inspection. He helped explain the process of filing a claim and when the adjuster from my insurance company came out and did their inspection, Rob helped me work with them to get a few thousand dollars more than they originally offered!They sent a crew out and got the job scheduled and finished in no time, and it looks really good.Not knowing where to start when I had storm damage, I'm glad I found this company, as they helped take an intimidating process, and made it as smooth as possible with the end result being a great looking new roof, with very little out of pocket costs for me! I replaced a shingle roof on my house about 3 years ago. They came up, gave me a quick quote and everything it would cover, and it was a very competitive quote. So I accepted, and we set up a date for the installation. They came on the day they said they would early in the morning, and did a fantastic job. These guys were great. I worked primarily with John and met briefly with Tyson before the job began. The team at Nashville Roofing Company began with a thorough inspection to determine what needed to be done and what the best solution would be. Then they provided us with a comprehensive solution for our new roof in addition to a price quote that was highly competitive. John and the team were on my roof less than 5 days after we signed our agreement to try to get us situated before the holidays and the worst of the winter season, but they definitely did not cut corners to do so. Instead, they made sure to be very meticulous covering all areas to ensure best result for us.They left the job clean and were very courteous. Because of hail damage I got several estimates. Nashville Roofing had the most competitive quote. I'm usually suspect for taking the lowest bid for fear of inferior workmanship. After meeting with the with them to discuss the bid, I was put at ease. In less than a week the shingles were delivered and within a few days the roofers were stripping and installing the new roof. The workers were very polite and met any request I had. The roof looks great and I've had NO issues. I did have an eve light that got taken out during the removal process, but they showed up after the work was done and installed a new one without any questions or reservations.
