Paul and Andrew were very professional in helping me process my insurance claim. It was incredible how fast they were able to work and replace the roof given the square footage. I really enjoyed the fact that they took great care to protect the plants around the foundation of the house from damage as they worked, and they even use magnets to pick up all the nails and other potentially sharp debris that falls down as they do their work keeping my kids and dogs safe in the yard.

I finally got around to replacing my roof from the wind damage in early Summer 2023. It started when Trinity’s newest salesman, Cooper Woods, asked to inspect my roof. Cooper worked quickly with my insurance adjuster to complete the claim process in about a week. He was a great guide from start to finish and always available and responsive to questions. The work crew started and completed the entire roof job in about 8 or 9 hours, despite some weather surprises. I’m very pleased with the entire process and efforts of all the folks I met from Trinity. Thanks to Paul for assembling a great team and supporting our military and veterans!

Paul and his team were incredibly professional and helpful with the whole process from communicating and working with our insurance company to getting all the details of the roofing project completed. Kept their word on pricing and even when some minor damage was done to our HVAC unit, they immediately covered the costs and had it repaired.Post work, was able to lower our insurance premiums with our new roof. I recently had Titus come by to check out some potential damage to our roof, and I've got to say, he was great. Super friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole thing a lot more comfortable. He wasn't pushy at all, just really informative, walking us through what he found and what our options might be.He also followed up with us afterwards, which was a nice touch. We haven't decided on the roof yet, but Titus definitely stood out with his approach and professionalism. A solid experience overall.Will update if we decide pull the trigger on the roof.

My experience with Trinity Restoration & Roofing has been EXCEPTIONAL. They installed my roof in ONE DAY. Cleaned everything up. It looks GREAT.They have been nothing but PROFESSIONAL and RESPONSIVE from the start. Riley, my primary contact, has been AWESOME. Any questions...issues....I went straight to him and he gave me accurate and honest and immediate answers. This guy is top-notch.The owner, Paul, showed up on installation day to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. It all started when I lost 3 shingles on my house. Paul and his crew from Trinity were replacing a roof down the street from me. I went down and talked with him.Paul came over and went on my roof to look at the damage. He then file an online claim for me. When he came back later to patch the damage my claim adjuster was on the phone. Paul talked to him and then he took some pictures and sent it to the adjuster. That was Monday the very next day my claim was approved because of the great detail pictures that Paul sent. Paul, his crew did an excellent job of putting a roof that’s up to code. Paul also sent me picture updates of the work being done. The crew did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Thanks

I can’t say enough good things about TRINRTY RESTORATION & ROOFING. Titus, a very informed professional and knowledgeable individual, is blessed with an abundance of patience and integrity. Originally, when we presented our claim to the Insurance Company, we were instructed to seek their (Insurance Company’s) preferred and recommended contractor, which proved to be a joke. After a period of time the INSURANCE COMPANY preferred contractor (name not to be highlighted) never followed up after their initial assessment. After two weeks of waiting on this preferred contractor, I reached back out to my INSURANCE COMPANY to seek alternatives. They (the INSURANCE COMPANY) replied ABSOLUTELY!!! Long story short, TRINTY RESTORATION & ROOFING proved to be the right choice, the best choice. Something I wish I had initially acted upon from the beginning was to hire TRINITY originally instead of wasting time with the INSURANCE COMPANY’s preferred contractor who proved they were not trustworthy. TRINTY has proven from the start to be HONORABLE and TRUSTWORTHY! Their employees (INSTALLERS of our roof) are very courteous, reliable, respectful, diligent hard-working individuals. If you want RELIABILITY and FOLLOW THROUGH, save yourself time and grief, learn from my experience and just hire TRINITY RESTORATION and ROOFING.

I met Paul Villarreal when he was doing free roof inspections in my neighborhood. So far, he has replaced a vent collar and a single three tab shingle for me…and did it for free. He went to the mat with my insurance company on two separate roof damage claims. His lack of success was not due to any lack of knowledge, professionalism or tenacity, just State Farm’s bad faith, which is getting them fired. I wish I could get a roof from Paul. Just going to buy a new house instead.
