I can honestly say that Underdog Roofing is the best roofing contractor I have ever dealt with. We have owned six homes in our married life and all of the roofing companies we have dealt have been excellent. The following is why we say Underdog Roofing is the best. We had five days to have repairs completed before the new owner closed with us. Underdog took the job on and by the end of the day (a Friday) they had the work completed. Closing was then done on the next Tuesday, 5 days later. Thank you Underdog and all the workers! Readers, that is why we say they are the best.

When it comes right down to it, you just never know. I researched roofing companies. I talked to friends. I read so many reviews. I chose Underdog Roofing and hoped for the best. Let me tell you that they were the best. They worked with our insurance company to get the roof paid for which was unbelievable. Our insurance company is notorious for denying claims. They were very thorough and patient in all their explanations. I will recommend them to anyone! We are more than pleased with the entire experience!

Underdog Roofing did a great job for us from identifying hail damage to connecting and working in unison with our insurance to leading us to a great deal on zero interest financing which helped us spend a bit more to get a fantastic Presidential Shake roofing system, something which we’ve always wanted but could never quite afford until now. We really didn’t have to do much more than choose what kind of roof we wanted and they did ALL the legwork. They also managed to take off the old roof and install the new roof in one day and didn’t even leave a nail behind. I’ve never seen a job like that done so quickly. We wish all vendors were up to this standard of communication, care and attention. When it comes to getting work done on your house, the biggest anxiety is choosing a vendor- you never know what kind of service you’re going to get or how close they will be to meeting your expectations…or the original price...thankfully all our expectations were met, and more. Working with them is a sure way to increase the investment in your property. I should apologize for not posting a review sooner. Underdog and Ben were absolutely the best, especially dealing with the ins and outs of insurance. Though we have a big house and a huge roof they got the job done in one day due to exact loading, preparing and a professional crew (not folks hired for the job). Cannot say enough good about this business.

We want to give the highest rating possible regarding our experience with Will Hatchell and Underdog Roofing. They went the extra miles so many times for us over several months of disputing our claim with our insurance company. It never would’ve happened without their diligence and amazing follow-through. Underdog Roofing is the way to go. Despite my insurance agent and family telling me full-roof-cost-coverage wasn't possible, Underdog worked with me and my insurance and made it happen! Jesse was absolutely amazing!! If it wasn’t for Jesse we probably would’ve never gotten our roof! About a year and a half ago, we called a different company to replace our roof, they didn’t even try to fight with our insurance company to get a roof replacement, even though the shingles we had didn’t even exist anymore, and we literally had shingles falling off our house! They only repaired the roof because they refused to fight for the replacement. Fast forward to now, we called underdog and Jesse came out to see us. He promised us that he’d fight tooth and nail to get our roof. Sure enough, after about 3 months, 4 different inspectors from our insurance company, Jesse going just going up the corporate ladder, we got our roof! Jesse literally stayed on top of everything and refused to let our insurance company screw us! Jesse got us the new roof, that we desperately needed cause we literally had shingles falling off our house every time it rained. He came out the same afternoon that I called and inspected my roof...turns out my roof was fine but the pipe boot needed caulking. He came back today to recaulk and wouldn't take any payment. Happy to recommend Underdog Roofing to those looking for professional, high quality roof replacement or repair. Jesse was fantastic to work with, answering my questions and providing additional information as I evaluated possible vendors to complete the job. Underdog's estimate was detailed and competitive, providing me with a good-better-best shingle option. When I couldn't decide between different CertainTeed shingle colors they shared locations of nearby homes so I could see the product in use. We also opted to replace our gutter system along with the roof. Scheduling the work was easy, and the job was completed as expected. We used a different roofing company to get a new roof (due to hail damage), but they overlooked an issue and we found ourselves with a leaky roof. After being unhappy with this result and the roofing company's response, we called Underdog to get a second opinion. Because of Underdog's expertise, we were able to go back to the insurance company and original roofers and get the situation resolved without any extra money out of our pockets (Underdog advised us that we should have the original company fix the issue due to warranty issues). Our only regret is that we didn't get to use Underdog in the first place. They were extremely helpful when we called on them.
