Just had my new roof put on and couldn’t be happier! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had a leak in my living room ceiling, and texting Walter one time was all I needed to do to get the ball rolling. He worked directly with my insurance adjuster to ensure a seamless process, and I hardly had to lift a finger. The team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and it was completed quick and clean. The day of the installation he kept me in the loop and informed the entire time, and even sent drone pictures so I could see the progress. Even through I was initially intimidated by the thought of dealing with insurance and what seemed like a big home project, they made it SO EASY. Highly recommend!!

My experience was with Wayne Walters, and I could not have been more pleased. In particular, I was impressed by the kindness and efficiency of the whole process. Wayne called me in response to my online request and was out to our house the same day. Moreover, it was clear his intent was to solve our issue at hand, not just to upsell us. And, most importantly, the solution he provided worked perfectly! I was weary the process of fixing our leaky roof was going to be a nightmare, but this was not the case with Universal Roofing.

Had a new roof installed by Universal in 2020. The team led by Wayne Walters did an outstanding job, and the clean-up was as if they were never here. This year I was in the attic with a technician trying to solve a raccoon problem. He noticed a tiny pool of water on the plywood floor. Thinking this was a roof leak, I called Wayne Walters with Universal, and he came out the next day with another roof pro. They checked out the roof and then the attic ceiling. The leak was not a roof problem, but was a condensation problem from the special foil type of insulation I had installed. They showed me the problem and fixed it, even though it was totally unrelated to the Roof - the Roof was fine. They also reconnected an AC vent pipe that had become disconnected (not by them), taped it with metal tape, and solved another problem, totally unrelated to the Roof issue.The point is, Wayne responded to my call and came to my home faster than anyone in the past 50 years I have owned a home. He went above and beyond what any home owner would possibly expect. I never do surveys or reviews, but the level of service my wife and I received in 2024 was amazing. These guys were so nice and even did caulking on my chimney during the inspection (at no charge) to fix an issue I mentioned!!! Chris Kearns (the Universal rep who visited with his partner - didn't get his name) were very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and kind. I will definitely be calling them when it's time for a roof repair/replacement.

Universal roofing is such an amazing company. We bought a home that was a little older and needed a new roof. They came out and made the process so simple and easy. All we had to do was pick out the color we liked and they took care of everything else. It was so nice to work with a company who answered all the questions without me even having to ask. Wayne Walters inspected our roof at our request, found minimal damage, volunteered to fix the problem and did so without charging us. He also told us that we didn't need a new roof at this time. When do you get that kind of service from someone whose job is to generate business? I will definitely use him when the time for a new roof comes. He came highly recommended by someone whose roof he replaced and I can see why. Its refreshing to find a company who looks out for the interest of the customer by building good will and establishing trust for the future. I recently had a leak in my roof. I asked around and did my research and decided to go with Universal Roofing and Construction. My decision was based on evidence of seven of my neighbors’ roofs, reviews on Facebook, reviews on google and reviews on NextDoor. I would like to state that Universal Roofing is as good as everyone says they are. Zach came to my house that day because I explain about my leak. He inspected my roof for free and tarp my roof for free. He was professional, honest, trustworthy, hard working, precise and diligent. He walked through the entire process. I filed a claim with my insurance company. My insurance company sent one of their representatives out to inspect my roof as well. Zach made sure to be their for the inspection. The insurance company at first was just going to repair the leak but after Zach spoke with the insurance representative, Zach was able to get my entire roof replace paid by my insurance company. Zach’s crew showed up the next day and replaced my entire roof in ONE day. They cleaned the entire area. And my new roof looks amazing.
