Mike was prompt to give us a reasonable quote & ultimately did more than we agreed on the job & graciously negotiated the price in our favor. The roof installation was completed beautifully but done slowly, so if you want quality, workmanship, thorough, and reasonably priced, then this is your man (just be patient 'cause he's on 'Mike' time).Besides this, he & his team are a pleasure to work with & very friendly.He & his team got the work done and decent quality and were super kind to us. I don’t normally leave feedback on services and purchases but I wanted to strongly recommend this company and contacting them for a consultation and estimate. Price was reasonable and they were extremely reliable. There everyday - even in 40 degree weather...if they couldn’t work outside...they repaired support beams in the attic. We now have a great looking black metal roof— looks amazing! We will now contract with them to replace the roof on the barn and repair the structure. Great company to work with! Mike and Traci are a dynamic duo that do quality work in difficult circumstances. Both are on the roof doing all the necessary tasks to complete the job. They had one additional worker who was also skilled. Got here on Friday around 11 am in 30 degree temperature and worked to about 5 pm. Returned the next day around noon ( it was 20 degrees at 8 am) to complete the job by 6 pm. Everything was done with excellent quality. You can’t go wrong with Simons metal Roofing.very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend. This an update. A week after installation we had rain that leaked in two l places. Got hold of Mike. He came out in two days and worked on the roof. Today we had 1.5 inches of rain and no leaks. Mike stood behind his workmanship.

Would give zero stars if possible.Save your family the stress and use any other company for a new roof.24 hours after the roof installation, rain was pouring into our home. We messaged the company and they offered to come out, but it was midnight. My husband fixed it for the night and asked that the company come the next day for repairs. They came, got on our roof, and left. No one explained why our brand new roof was leaking or what was done to remedy the situation.48 hours after the roof installation, the new chimney cap blew off, and for a second time my husband repaired the problem. There were only TWO screws holding on the large chimney cap. We didn't even bother contacting the company at this point. It had been poorly installed, and we no longer trusted their integrity.A week after the roof installation, we found a SECOND LEAK. This time, water was coming into the house through the flashing around the chimney. We contacted the company to let them know about the leak and the previous problem with the chimney cap. We did not hear from them for days. They never offered to fix it or find a solution. We have decided we will have to fix the problem ourselves.Now, after EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS, we have a less reliable roof than the old, shingled roof we previously had. We paid thousands of dollars for shoddy workmanship that we must now repair ourselves. Now every time it rains, my husband has to go in the attic and make sure there isn't another leak. Isn't vinyl siding supposed to stay on the side of the house? Well after completing the job of installing new vinyl siding on the front of our house, a piece fell off. We requested that someone come back and fix the issue since it was not properly installed. After multiple texts, we were promised it would be done the next day, Still waiting for someone to show up but this shows me that this company does not stand behind their work.

Great experience. I called Michael and he was very courteous and responsive to our needs. I had noticed a small discoloration on the ceiling and discovered that there was a small drip coming in from around one of the vents. I was going to try to repair it myself, but read that it's better to get a professional for repairs on metal roofs. I am very glad that I called Simons Metal Roofing because not only did Michael come in short order, he fixed the problem, also sealed around the other vents, inspected the roof, screwed in nails that had backed out, and explained to me what he was doing and why. After a severe late day thunder storm, I discovered water running down a wall of my bedroom which appeared to be from faulty sealant and/or a cracked window sill in the above roofing area and contacted Simons Metal Roofing at approximately 7pm. Mike came over immediately and assessed the situation. As the rains had, for the moment, let up, he returned the next morning and went up on the roof and resealed the area between the metal roof and the brick of the original house, as well as an older window sill which he felt might also be the issue. While he did explain I needed some new parts for the metal roof and should get those as soon as I could, he did not try and sell me a new roof but instead did what he could to fix the situation at the moment. He was professional and polite and when I asked him what I owed him, he honest told me "gas money." I happily remitted a bit more than gas money. I expect that this company will be our "go to" roofing company from now on. My husband and I are truly appreciative of his kindness and professionalism and will recommend him and his company with enthusiasm. As we are new to the area, it is such a great feeling when we find honest contractors willing to help when someone finds themselves in a crisis and not just out to see how much money they make from said crisis. By far the worst/most unprofessional business. Called out to repair a small leak we had, was out twice and only made it worse. Mike was extremely unprofessional and made me feel extremely uncomfortable as he went on to tell me his messed up life’s story about how he married his stepmom and proceeded to tell me that if I was to ever get bored I could give him a call( if you get my drift). He had another job he had to leave for and was procrastinating leaving, just hung around. At the time I was home alone with the kids and was just so uncomfortable by his behavior. Since this incident took place mike has ignored our phone calls/texts. I wouldn’t recommend mike to fix my chickens shed. May I also add the insurance fraud he tried having us commit. Told us that with the next storm he would come out, rip up some shingles and write up a report stating wind damage and send it into the insurance company. He’s shady to say the least. He denies any of this happen of course, if I was computer savvy I’d upload the surveillance feed we have of him saying/doing the things listed above.Service: Roof repair

I have to say I was happy with how quick they came out to do the job, but after that we were very unhappy. Promises were made and where not kept. We were told we would not have to pay till we were happy with the work , well Friday came and they wanted to pay there workers before the bank closed. So, we thought we would help out and write the check, as we inspected we had some concerns and was promised it would be fixed the next day. After they left that day we haven't seen them since! We did receive some texts with, something "broke down" and "I didn't forget about you ". It's been 2 weeks! A promise is a promise in my book.After getting on a ladder and taking closer look at the work, we found the kind of work you see in the photos. Photos speak a thousand words.
