They showed up for several appointments during the planning stages, was extremely knowledgeable of insurance guidelines, and was professional and cordial every minute.During the installation, Julio and his crew were thorough, courteous, and efficient. When they left after completing the job (in one day!), there was not even one trace that an entire crew of men and equipment had even been on the property! Not even a blade of grass appeared disturbed.If you need any one of the services they offer, look no more. Since moving to Tennessee in 2018, I’ve never liked the outside of my house. Look up ‘plain’ in the dictionary, and there would be a picture of my house. I contracted with Davis Brothers Roofing to install a new metal roof, gutters, and siding. My husband and I are extremely happy with how our home turned out. The workers did an amazing, perfect job. I certainly appreciate them, and would recommend them, should you need your ordinary house turned into extra ordinary. He replaced the roof on the church, fellowship hall, and picnic shelter and it looks wonderful! If you’d like to see the finished product just go take a look at First Church of God in Goshen Valley. Had a shingle out and called to see how much to fix and have the roof looked over with needed repairs. Took a minute to get this all sorted out.Bruce did a good job coordinating the work and made sure to get the project scheduled.The hero here is Danny. On this cold and windy day, he came out with a coworker and did nothing but solid professional work. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional the whole way. He worked efficiently and his quality of work was excellent. I was impressed with his roofing skill level, knowledge, and craftsmanship. Give this dude a raise, he’s an MVP. Danny is a hard working legendary level roofer.. DBR gets the 5 star from me just for having an employee like Danny with this capability on their team. It’s hard to find a dependable and skilled professional like Danny these days.

I tried several roofers in the area, but most either would not return your call or just wanted to replace the entire roof. I had 2 small leaks (one over front porch and one over back porch). Davis Brothers was the only company I could find that would actually listen to the problem and fix the issue without the upsells to a new roof. My leaks are fixed and I highly recommend this company. Danny and Red are excellent roofers and knew exactly what to do and how to fix. Over 10 people were on my roof, but they were the only ones who quickly diagnosed the problem and did the right thing. I am grateful to this company, Danny, Red and Ricky Davis for their help. I know where I am going if/when I need to replace my roof in the future! I have used Davis Brothers Roofing for two different houses over the last couple of years. They put a new roof on both houses and new gutters on my rental. They are very professional, all the guys are very friendly and helpful. Unlike a lot of places, they show up and do what they promise to do when they say they will do it. Very good quality work at a competitive price. When it comes to roofing and gutter work, I will not ever call anyone else. They are very reliable and dependable. I highly recommend them. And once they finish the roof, they leave your property cleaner than it was before they arrived. Davis brothers are a very professional and honest group of guys and gals that do great work. Outstanding support from Davis Brothers Roofing! When that bad wind/rain storm came through on January 12th, it blew over a very large pine tree from the neighbor's property next door that caused extensive damage to our roof. We had the tree removed and Davis Brothers was contacted to help get the roof covered to prevent any further damage from the continuing bands of rain coming through the area. Davis Brothers came over on a Saturday morning, surveyed the damage, and promptly assembled a Team to get hanging soffit removed and tarps installed covering over half of the roof to ensure no water would penetrate the damaged areas. Mike B. spent the entire afternoon making sure the roof was covered and the house well protected until the repairs can get done. We've had a number of rain showers since and no water has made it through the damaged roof thanks to these professionals and their quick response to protect the house. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome to a very stressful situation. They completed the job better than they promised. It was almost like magic - one day I came from work and the roof was done!! The folks in the office were friendly and professional. I was in the market for a specialty roof, but had difficulty finding roofing contractors experienced in anything other than asphalt shingles. My insurance agent recommended Davis Brothers. Ricky came out and promptly gave estimates on premium asphalt shingles, artificial slate tile and at his suggestion treated jumbo cedar shake. After he very knowlegably discussed the pros and cons including pricing, I ended up going with the jumbo shake which had not even been on my radar. Davis Brothers has a crew that is very experienced with that product and he reserved them for me.From day one, Davis Brothers lived up to every commitment. They tarped over a chimney with a failed seal until the crew could start. The crew obviously knew exactly what they were doing. They really tried to work with me on any requests and were unfailingly polite and friendly. They cleaned up the site every afternoon and protected my shrubs. I got a beautiful result and a roof that makes me happy every time I pull into my driveway. I discovered a hot water heater vent that had been dislodged in a 3rd floor storage space 2 weeks after they finished. When I let them know, they came out the same week and fixed it with no questions and no charge. I'm very happy with the outcome, service and professionalism.

I contracted DBR to install a roof on my house this year. Me being a Class A contractor I thought I went with the right company after my initial meeting and they were recommended to me be others in my neighborhood. Well it turns out my neighbors do not know anything about proper roof installation and to my disappointment they did a terrible job. I guess they never thought I would go up on the roof after the roof was installed. I had concerns about them damaging my wood siding and how I wanted the flashing installed. I was told by there sales agent that these guys are professionals and they know what there're doing, Well they don't. It was hard to communicate with them since only one guy spoke some English and he was hardly there. Now the drip edge flashing was poorly installed, bent and cut short, did not install any step flashing where the roof meets a vertical walls, some of the shingles that were installed I am told by their PM were defective. A lot of the work was installed was done in the dark, so I would like to think that if the work was done in the daylight hours that they would not have been installed, I have 5/8 sheathing and they installed some 7/16 sheathing. So now getting them back to correct their work has been a night mare. My house is brown, my new shingles are brown and they smeared black caulking all over the front of my house. Now if you live in a $500,000.00 home you do not want these guys on your roof.Service: Roof installation

They tarped the roof on short notice post estimate and worked with me to get the roof replaced in a very timely manner and were generous enough to handle the job before my insurance was able to pay out due to a technical error. I don't give scathing remarks/reviews, but in this case I have to get this out. I contacted Davis Brothers Roofing to look at a couple water intrusions in a recently purchased home. Mr. Davis was at the property a couple days later and walked through the home to see where the water intrusion was occurring. So the next step was inspect the roof, I asked if he minded if I would join him while inspecting the roof. As we walked around, Mr Davis immediately saw where the intrusion was originating. He also noticed a couple other issues that needed addressing, it was obvious he knew he business. When we climbed down from the roof we discussed the necessary steps to fix the issues to include repairing and replacing a few of the wood siding slates. He said he would write up a quote and send it my way. So, the initial process was not the issue. Two weeks or so go by without a word, I call the office and speak to Sarah, who apologized and said she would speak to Ricky and would get back with me. Another two weeks or so go by and I get a letter in the mail with a quote of a totally different description of what was to be done (probably from another job). I called the office spoke to Sarah and told her the situation, Sarah said that Ricky would head out to the property on Friday and call me when he completed the walk through. He did call and after the conversation it seemed everything was back "in gear". I do live out of state, so I was not there to great him, so I'm only assuming he either went back to the house or remembered the first time he had walked the property. Well, another two weeks goes by without a word. I call again and spoke to Sarah again, who nicely apologized and again asked for my phone number and email... I also gave her my actual physical address. Before hanging up she said I would get a quote via email and a phone call from Ricky Davis to explain to me what the situation was. That was this past Monday and today is Thursday and still hadn't heard from him, so I decided to call and politely cancel the work, the lady (not Sarah) obliged and said she would pass that information along. The timeline is a bit off, but I can tell you the initial walk through of the roof was on April 23rd and today, June 20th was when I called to cancel the work request. I am at a loss as to why the disconnect and will probably never know. I gave three stars only because while interacting with Mr Davis he seemed very cordial, friendly and knowledgable with me.

Davis Brothers Roofing is a family owned and operated company. The owner works right along side his men in the sun, rain, snow, extreme heat, and extreme cold. He has been in business for over 30 years and makes every effort to make sure his customers are satisfied and pleased. He takes his employees to multiple trainings a year to make sure their knowledge of the roofing industry is always up to date. My roof is beautiful and has been on for 3 years so far and I haven't had the first issue & don't expect to have any. We chose a metal roof( galvalume color ) for our home & couldn't be happier with our choice in product and company.
