We had a wonderful experience using install America for our window replacement. From the initial appointment, sizing, and installation everyone was kind and very professional. Joel, and Dalton were on time everyday and ready to work even after a long 3 1/2 hour drive! The end result was amazing and I feel it took years of age off the appearance of our home. They always took the time to explain everything and answer any questionsI had. I cannot say enough good things! If you are on the fence about having your windows replaced don’t be just call! 10-10

Joel did Fantastical work and his professionalism was above and beyond par. I was shocked he was by himself but he stated 1.5 days for total install and removal. He did it in less time. 👏🏾 Cleaned up everything and left a great impression. If you need windows call Joel!!!

They deserve more than 5 stars. The kindness! The efficiency! The punctuality! The patience! The speed! The cleanliness! Yall, from the first call, through the quote/inspection, the installation Install America (shout out to Jeff, installers Josh and his wife, and Melissa in scheduling) was professional and courteous. Jeff drove almost 2hrs before a winter storm hit to give a quote. He was NOT pushy or tacky with gimmics and badmouthing other companies. Just honest answers and patience with out many questions. My husband and I knew that night we wanted to work with a company that is so straightforward. (It helped that the price was a quarter of what others quoted.)Then the install day was so stress free and incredible! 4 hrs and 7 windows later I haven't found a single screw, splinter, or saw dust left by Josh and his wife. She was super detail oriented and made sure the colors matched perfectly. Not a single bubble or waffle has been found in her caulking job. She was sweet and let me ask anything and walked me through the process. They didn't rush me as I did the final inspection and just let me do my thing without breaking down my neck.Don't get me wrong, my heater is already relaxing and turned off since the drafty broken ancient windows are gone and I'm super happy about that. But I'm even more impressed by the folks that we got to work with. Thank you guys!!!!

The experience was wonderful! The installer was very nice and knowledgeable! He explained everything that was going to happen and he was very kind! He did a great job! He also cleaned everything afterwards! I am definitely so happy that I went with Install America for my windows replacement! This is the second job that I’ve done with them! Looking to replace five 61 year old windows in our home, my husband discovered Install America on Facebook.Shannon Wilson was the affable and knowledgeable salesman who came to our home. Relating to him our needs of low-e and sound suppressing, he showed us our options and we selected five windows based on the quality and value of a model demonstrated for us.With a given estimated of four to five weeks from Shannon, Install America kept that time estimate. Two weeks after our consultation with Shannon, an employee (don't remember his name) very friendly and experienced measured our windows.Just today, Joel, another excellent employee installed our windows. He removed the old windows first and then fit the new ones in. After caulking the inside, he proceeded to finish the outside portion of the installment.At a total of four hours, I have to thank Joel for the professional and efficient job he completed. Not to mention some very entertaining stories involving squirrels🐿If you're looking to replace windows, at the very least don't hesitate to call Install America. With no hard sell, no delayed timeline or shoddy workmanship, I heartily recommend Install America. They deliver on their promises.Service: General window replacement

The process for getting new windows with Install America could not have been easier. Everyone we spoke with was nice and friendly explaining every step of the process. The men that installed the windows were very professional and did a great job. The windows are a better quality than the contractor grade windows we had for years. We definitely would use Install America again and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home.

Had sunroom done by Install America. Had several “hiccups’ along the way and had to stay on top of things throughout the whole job . However ,this is not uncommon with a very busy project manager for a very busy national company .So, be prepared to educate yourself and stay on top of things along the way . The people they sent out were ok and did the work . We are satisfied with the work and love the room so it was all worth the time and effort .

Had master bathroom installed. New double vanity, new walkin shower and new toilet installed. Most of the demo work was done. Not happy with the electrical work that was done. A mew circuit should have been added to the bathroom. Not happy with the new floor installed. The contractors did not level the floor before installing the new premium vinyl planks. Soft spots and hunp in the floor. Existing floors need work, leveling is common. The double vanity i ordered had some damage. Makes some noise when you walk into bathroom. Be sure to spell everything out on the contract. Cover all things. Common sense does not matter. Doing or making it right are just words. There was one guy who tried to do things right. Make things right. Build it like it was his own. Will call him, L. The price or cost to have it done. All things should have been done the right way.

This company doesn’t deserve to remain in business. Submitted info to get a quote, and then went into a work meeting. I got 5 calls within a few minute period and stepped outside thinking something had happened to my gf or a family member, and its a salesman! Are they that desperate for leads? Calling over and over again in rapid succession like an angry ex?This was 3 months ago and i have dealt with a new salesperson every week. Each time i tell them the same thing “remove me from your call list” followed by insistent pushback from them on whether or not I’ve had a quote; zero respect or actual sales acumen. These are the most pathetically, desperate and undeserving sales people I’ve ever dealt with and I will continue to verbally abuse them with no regrets.

We had an appointment to get an estimate on Saturday at 10 a.m.on the 28th . Shannon showed up at exactly 10a.m... we were told it would take 1 1/2 hours and when he left it was 11:30. Shannon was very thorough with his demonstration and very knowledgeable about the company. When he left we had no unanswered questions about what to expect or how much it would cost. We are remodeling our entire house and made it clear we needed time before we can get the windows installed. He did not push for any obligation from us before he left, which tells us this is the kind of company we want to do business with in the future.

Nothing of this project has gone smoothly. I was rescheduled three times. When the guy finally showed up it was noon. He did work late but wouldn't have had to if he didn't smoke 5 cigarettes between each step. The job is fairly simple and I asked for a higher quality wood since I wanted the wood exposed and not covered by vinyl. They ordered the cheapest as far as I can see. I was strong armed into making a decision. Say yes now or it will be more later....Why do these companies do that?! It's so wrong...so my porch covering is half done since it's make with particle board and not the higher quality wood I requested. Now they are saying it's standard practice. I stated in the agreement that I wanted better wood. They guy on the phone does not listen. Says I have to pay whether they finish to my satisfaction or not! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! EVER!!!!!

Great experience from the start. Sales rep was well informed and not at all pushy. Windows were ready much earlier than expected. Installers Joel, Larry and Jeff were fast efficient and really knew what they were doing. Explained features at the end and were meticulous when it was time for clean-up. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs windows.

Craig did our initial appointment and showed us the windows we were blown away at the quality of the windows as well as the future savings it promised in electric bills. However, there were several areas of miscommunication and missed appointments through Scott. There were two days where we waited around all day and did not receive any word from him nor an explanation. However, we still continued to give the company a shot because we had family members and coworkers who have used them and spoke nothing but great things. Our installers Josh and Brittney were very fast, kind, and thorough on cleaning up after themselves. We can’t wait to see the savings in electric bills we soon will have. Overall, 3.5 stars for the company as a whole.

If you need a quote for an insurance claim, find some place else to get it from because this place won't do it! They will only give you a quote if you use their company to do the work. How sad. That tells me they are way overpriced and don't want you to know! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Sorry, Install America, that I'm not rich enough to afford your services.

We got free consultation from them, and their agent was so talkative mostly not about the business we needed, that it took 5 hours !!! of our weekday evening. At last he offered us a price for our walk-in shower that was as thrice as higher if we would hire somebody from our local guys and buy all the stuff by ourselves.The price the quote you at first is supposed to be good for a year than they start asking questions about when are you going to start your project and claim they can do a better price etc.. nothing more than just cheap tricks to make you think that you re getting a deal which in reality you re still paying inflated prices.So never more and we by no means recommend them.

We used Install America to install our three exterior doors. We have a large gap in between the door frame and the door on one of them- someone came out to adjust and said he needed to order a part. We have not heard from them since. I have been trying to contact IA for WEEKS and have gotten no reply. Bugs are getting into the house- it’s absolutely unacceptable. But I can’t get anyone to call me back. We paid $10,000 for these doors, just for no one to ever reply to service them. If you want good customer service, do NOT use Install America.
