probably the lowest quality I’ve experienced, house not even 2 years old yet but everything already falling apart in front of my eyesCrooked door/door frame. Siding are falling off and they fixed with wrong screws more and more. Who knows what else will fall off this year

Went looking at new houses..pretty comparable in size, amenities that looked at in early 70's. ,were high 20's to low 30's and earned about 12$ hr..today seems extremely distorted at prices 10x but pay not 10x much..sad for buyers today at ridiculous prices..but that's inflation, cost of living..and pay restrictions for past 40 years...
